QB Restaurant is a place I have been a loyal client of for over 10 years. The restaurant is renowned for its exceptional food quality and a wonderful wine selection. The owners, Annalisa and Gianluca are incredibly warm and professional, always eager to accommodate any guest’s needs and tastes. The food is consistently delicious, and the overall experience is always top-notch.

Very warm and extremely friendly service. The food was very good, honest, without any pretense, highlighting the main ingredients and their flavors with sophisticated combinations – all at a fair price. A lot of passion and dedication was palpable. We would be happy to come back!

Il locale è aperto a pranzo e a cena . La proprietaria molto gentile e preparata sui vini elenca i piatti con dettagli..ottime le materie prime..speciali i piatti di pesce . Aperto ad agosto tutti i giorni tranne lunedì e martedì... Non perdetevelo amanti del pescato

17/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for a special occasion. After a warm and friendly welcome, we ordered from the menu. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list extensive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. The cuisine certainly exudes good taste, and the high quality of the expertly prepared ingredients is evident. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.
10/11/2025: It was our first time here, and we'll definitely be back if we ever pass through Biella again. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the first course, fantastic risotto, and a delicious second course. The menu was well-researched and the pairings were unusual. The wine list is also extensive, perfect for connoisseurs!

15/09/2025: First of all, the staff is truly friendly and pleasant. The ingredients are top-notch. I couldn't find anything wrong with them. Everything was perfect. The selection of appetizers was sublime, and every course was of the highest quality, from the prosciutto crudo to the carne crudo with bagna cáuda. And considering the quantity and the second helpings offered, I would have been pleasantly full already. But I had the Fritto Misto alla Piemontese. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but it was so good I even had second helpings. The house wine was excellent, almost 3 liters. 🤗🤗... with coffee, grappa, and bitters. I just couldn't finish dessert, I was so full. The only downside is that I can't go every night. The price? Considering the quality and quantity, we didn't spend much. Congratulations!! You are truly excellent!!
