Simply “fabulous”. I had been thinking about going to dinner with my wife at this restaurant for a long time; and finally on Saturday evening we went to dinner. The place is well looked after and has minimal but tasteful furnishings and a feeling of warmth. Tables well spaced and very spacious. Very kind staff and very attentive to detail and service; note of merit to the owner who takes care of the customers in the dining room, ready to explain the various dishes and give support on the choices of wines while also giving explanations on the product. What about the dishes? Very fresh raw materials, cooked and presented in such a way that as soon as it arrives at the table, the aroma makes you understand that it will be an excellent result. Excellent quality fish, desserts different from the usual offer and also much appreciated. The wine cellar is excellent, with a varied and complete offer. Prices absolutely in line with the quality/freshness and preparations. Having had the opportunity to chat with the owner, we realized how much love and commitment both she and her husband put into the kitchen to keep the level of their work high; This made us think a lot. Congratulations for everything and we will certainly be able to return to taste your dishes and above all we will recommend your place to our friends too.

One of the best fish restaurants

QB Ristorante was a pleasant discovery! The food is truly excellent, with the scallop tartare standing out as one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly and professional, always attentive to customer needs. From the outside the place may not be particularly attractive, but once inside you are pleasantly surprised: the environment is nice, welcoming and with attention to detail. I absolutely recommend trying it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere.

Semplicemente “ favoloso “ . Era da tempo che pensavo di andare a cena con i a moglie in questo ristorante; e finalmente sabato sera siamo andati a cena. Il locale si presenta ben curato e con un arredo minimal ma di buon gusto e da una sensazione di calore. Tavoli ben distanziati e molto spaziosi. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento al dettaglio e al servizio; nota di merito alla Titolare che in sala si prende cura dei clienti , pronta a spiegare i vari piatti e a dare supporto sulle scelte dei vini dando anche spiegazioni sul prodotto. Cosa dire delle portate ? Materia prima freschissima , cucinato e presentato in maniera che appena arriva al tavolo , il profumo ti fa capire che sarà un ottimo risultato. Pesce di ottima qualità, dolci diversi dalla solita offerta e anch’essi molto apprezzati. Ottima la cantina dei vini, offerta varia e completa . Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità/ freschezza e preparazioni. Avendo avuto modo di scambiare due chiacchiere con la Titolare , ci siamo resi conto di quanto amore e impegno metta sia Lei che il Marito in cucina, per tenere alto il livello del loro lavoro; questa cosa ci ha fatto riflettere molto. Complimenti per tutto e sicuramente ci sarà modo di ritornare a gustare i vostri piatti e soprattutto consiglieremo il vostro locale anche ai nostri amici.

QB is a hidden pearl of the Biella area. Cuisine for all tastes, which changes often and with the highest quality products. Elisa and Gianluca are exquisitely sweet, they will always know how to find a way to make you go home with a full belly and a smile on your face. Highly recommended

The first time we entered QB I was still a kid with many eating difficulties, but thanks to Elisa's kindness and Gianluca's passion I discovered and began to appreciate an entire culinary world unknown to me. This wonderful couple has always paid incredible attention to the customer, so it's impossible not to be more than happy!

What can I say.... Like being at home, with the difference of a kitchen with top quality dishes and ingredients, and attention to detail...

My partner and I ate at this place on Sunday evening. What can I say, everything is magnificent, starting with the owner (sommelier) who, in addition to being very sweet, makes you fall in love with her very fine cellar, explaining the food and wines with a lot of love. The kitchen as well as the cellar is remarkably high quality. A place suitable for drinking and eating in a divine way, in an elegant and well-kept environment. Super super super recommended!!!!

Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante qualche anno fa . Siamo venuti più volte, per varie occasioni e ieri abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio. Siamo stati molto bene!!! I piatti erano fantastici! Curati in minimi dettagli. Complimenti allo chef e alla sua bellissima e bravissima compagna che segua la sala. Hanno una bellissima cantina dei vini!
