On a recommendation, we went to this corner of paradise for lunch. The service was excellent, the food was excellent, but it wasn't enough... more! Well done, guys.

Superlative dinner... everything was delicious

Today I spent a wonderful day with my daughter, and we decided to stop for lunch at Q.B. Bistró. It was the perfect choice: we were looking for a peaceful haven in Contrada Mondovì, and here we found much more than just a meal, but a true treat. The atmosphere immediately captivated us with its discreet elegance, creating the perfect setting for our conversation. We ate divinely: each dish was a small masterpiece of balance and freshness, astonishing both me and my daughter, who was as impressed as I was by the attention to detail in the presentation. The staff was incredibly kind, making our time even more enjoyable with impeccable, smiling service. It's rare to find a place that makes you feel so at ease, combining high-quality cuisine with such a sincere welcome. It was a fitting end to a morning spent together. Super! A short and well-executed menu. Everything is delicious! The (open) kitchen works with passion, and it shows in the food. A restaurant that's both simple and very tasty. Highly recommended!

Experimental dishes based on traditional recipes.

Intimate, cosy restaurant in a beautiful setting with top class food. The wait staff were kind and friendly and made suggestions to accommodate my preferences. Vegetarian options. Cannot recommend enough but book ahead.

My family and I happened to be near the chestnut festival and tried two of the recipes created especially for the event: an explosion of flavors, enhanced by the perfect balance of ingredients (kudos also go to the impressive wine list). The kindness and helpfulness of the staff complete a place worth visiting for its meticulous attention to detail. Thank you for the delightful experience!

Little restaurant with excellent food quality. There are vegetarian options, better to book a table in advance. The location is perhaps the most beautiful street of Cuneo (Contrada Mondovì)
