HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RESTAURANT, EXCELLENT JAPANESE and CHINESE cuisine! The recently renovated menu offers a truly vast selection of delicacies; you'll be spoiled for choice. The sushi is excellent, fresh, and flavorful, the nigiri are excellent, and all the other dishes are equally as delicious. There's a vast selection of hosomaki, uramaki, and temaki, all delicious!!! :D The composition of the dishes is exceptional; they're all presented with care and refinement, refined down to the last detail with various decorations. In short, the elegance of simplicity with excellent quality. The service is excellent, super fast even when the place is very busy, which shows good organization. We always return to Puyuma as often as we can; lunch there is a guarantee. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Among the many all-you-can-eat restaurants, Puyuma is firmly established as one of the best in Bologna. Even when the restaurant is packed, the staff is professional, quick, and attentive to their customers. It's not easy to maintain the quality of service and cuisine these days, but here they manage it brilliantly. The food is always excellent, well-prepared, and varied. Congratulations to the entire team!

We weren't expecting so many people on a Sunday lunch. The place was packed, but the waitress (I think) was really kind: even though she was on the phone, she greeted us courteously and seated us right away, without making us feel like we were in the way. There was a bit of confusion... some dishes arrived late or were forgotten, but the staff worked hard to sort it out among themselves and make up for it... The menu is extensive, with plenty of Chinese and Japanese options. The ravioli were excellent, highly recommended! At the end of the meal, we were offered coffee, a very appreciated gesture. A positive experience, we'll gladly return.

Despite the busy Sunday lunch crowd, the service was very fast, and even though they made a mistake on one or two dishes, they apologized immediately. We left full and happy! Congratulations!

I always only get takeout, but tonight I had time to enjoy dinner here with my boyfriend. The freshly prepared food is definitely better than the 15-minute drive home. Now that I know how the all-you-can-eat works, I'll definitely come more often...

We came for a dinner as a couple and were really satisfied. The place was welcoming and the service was quick. We had the salmon carpaccio and various uramaki, all delicious! The desserts, recommended by the waiter, were also excellent. The prices were reasonable for the quality. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

Upon entering Puyuma Restaurant, the first thing that comes to mind when you see the chefs preparing Chinese and Japanese delicacies in a glass-enclosed booth is a small operating room. This is due to the impeccable cleanliness, order, and gloves the young chefs constantly use to prepare their specialties. Let's just say this is the restaurant's strong point, and the place to begin a brief review. Another strong point is the food, always fresh and excellent, particularly elaborate with an oriental flair, both cooked and raw, depending on the dish. Another distinguishing feature is the kindness of the staff, especially the owner, his young daughter Angela, her inseparable friend Shuang, and all the other staff. The restaurant is airy, elegant, and furnished with comfortable armchairs. And Puyuma's prices are also those of its "All You Can Eat" formula and truly competitive compared to others. A word of advice: it's the only oriental restaurant where we've eaten regularly in Bologna for several years, despite having many others closer to home.
