It was a very pleasant experience at the Puro restaurant! The food was extremely delicious, the entire dinner represented a high standard. The quality ingredients and the careful, professional preparation of each dish were palpable. The service was also impeccable and professional. The whole place clearly represents high quality. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

My partner and I came here on a Tuesday evening for an aperitivo. We had 10 delicious mixed canapés and two spritzes. We also received many compliments from Stefania, who was waiting outside at the tables, always attentive and friendly to everyone (despite the crowds). I highly recommend this place for its service!

I often stop by this place for an aperitivo and have always found a sublime welcome thanks to the waitress Stefania, always kind and with a thoughtfulness that's rare in Trieste, according to someone who works at the bar. I'm so happy to come here thanks to her!

One of the most charming venues in Trieste. There's also a much more intimate and private upper area. Very professional and efficient service, a top-notch wine list, and perhaps one of the widest selections by the glass I've seen.

14/04/2026: A wonderful surprise. The dishes are truly well-crafted, and the seafood flavor is enhanced. The gratinated shellfish appetizer (razor clams and scallops) is excellent, as are the seafood risotto, the eggless fettuccine with shrimp, and the seafood soup with polenta. The service was courteous and attentive. Finally, a special mention goes to the house white wine, provided exclusively to the restaurant by a local producer. If you're in Trieste, definitely try it.
11/04/2026: Went last night with family, everything was delicious, with fresh fish cooked to perfection! Plus, the hosts were so kind and hospitable!

10/04/2026: This restaurant has a magical atmosphere that you can feel as soon as you enter. I was able to sample the Easter lunch menu, which was presented down to the smallest detail, and each dish was crafted with care, attention, and sophistication. The risotto with scampi tails and bergamot was exquisite and very sophisticated in flavor. Compliments to the chef and all the staff, who made this Easter day a further demonstration of their professionalism. Bravo!!!!!!
