The barman Simone is a competent, nice person who knows how to do his job like few others in Trieste. As soon as we can, we let ourselves be pampered by his Mojto at Fruit Passion. VERY GOOD!!! Thanks Simone, see you next time

Every time we go to Trieste we just want to go and eat at Puro, a very nice place, a well-stocked cellar, high quality meat and a menu always with very interesting and delicious dishes, very kind staff, I highly recommend

Charming and elegant place. Very good cuisine with clean flavours. Excellent service, the two waiters, a young boy and a girl who are super kind and both very well trained to follow the customer in choosing both the wine and the meat. We will definitely be back!!!
