It was a very pleasant experience at the Puro restaurant! The food was extremely delicious, the entire dinner represented a high standard. The quality ingredients and the careful, professional preparation of each dish were palpable. The service was also impeccable and professional. The whole place clearly represents high quality. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

I often stop by this place for an aperitivo and have always found a sublime welcome thanks to the waitress Stefania, always kind and with a thoughtfulness that's rare in Trieste, according to someone who works at the bar.

My partner and I came here on a Tuesday evening for an aperitivo. We had 10 delicious mixed canapés and two spritzes. We also received many compliments from Stefania, who was waiting outside at the tables, always attentive and friendly to everyone (despite the crowds).
I highly recommend this place for its service!

One of the most charming venues in Trieste. There's also a much more intimate and private upper area.
Very professional and efficient service, a top-notch wine list, and perhaps one of the widest selections by the glass I've seen.

A truly interesting and beautiful evening, with a superb explanation of the wines by the young man. The main courses were an explosion of tastes and flavors that I hadn't tasted in a long time, all accompanied by a delicious Kante red wine recommended by the young man who looked after us

We take an black Angus stake so nice!!! Perfect service by both waiters. U gonna pay little more than the others restaurant but u gonna found the best quality of food and service in this city
