Il locale è molto carino con arredamento moderno. Personalmente ho assaggiato l’hamburger Los Angeles ed era molto gustoso, saporito e ben cotto. Purtroppo le patate al forno che ho richiesto al posto di quelle fritte (pagando un supplemento di 1,50 euro) erano crude e poche. Personale davvero molto gentile e servizio rapido.

Excellent service and delicious food

I am a regular customer of the three restaurants of the chain (the two PuraBrace and the Twister), but I must say that tonight did not go as usual... The meat I ordered was not very fresh, but the problem was more evident especially in some slices and paradoxically I noticed it more having left some pieces aside for the child who I then tried to eat cold (because fortunately he didn't want them), which is why the restaurant did everything to avoid making my plate again. As a customer who is practically always very satisfied and who has also brought other people to the restaurant, I did not appreciate this behavior and I honestly feel like expressing it here, after having brought it to the attention of the restaurant both towards the waitress and the cashier. I will re-evaluate whether to return later, in the meantime I'm looking for some alternatives...
