The burgers are very good, but the pizza dough, in my opinion, leaves something to be desired, it is rather "gnassed", that is, not particularly leavened or honeycombed, as well as a little chewy. Note of merit for the quantity of condiment on top, which is not insignificant, while a "but" goes to the quality of some condiments (e.g. the truffle, which you couldn't even smell). Another note of demerit goes to the times, I don't know if we caught the wrong evening but it took them a long time to come to take the order and just as long to serve us the pizzas. To break a point, however, it must be said that the atmosphere is pleasant, the place is rather characteristic and the prices are all in all correct.

In una splendida cornice serale, in uno degli scorci storici di L'Aquila tra via Garibaldi e piazza Chiarino, abbiamo gustato una deliziosa cena all'aperto assaporando la vivida sensazione di una antichità che si proietta nel futuro resistendo alle avversità del tempo e alla forza della natura. Ottimi l'hamburger, l'entrecote e la pinza, in particolare "l'aquilana", presentata con porcini, salsiccia e zafferano. Unico aspetto non pienamente soddisfacente è stato il servizio, sicuramente cortese ma non rapidissimo. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Piacevole sorpresa pizze buonissime personale cordiale e premuroso. L'unica pecca le olive all'ascolana di pesce...immangiabili a mio parere, per il resto tutto ok Grazie G

05/01/2025: Every time I return to Roccaraso, I can't help but stop at the O Sfizio restaurant. It is the ideal place for those looking for a family atmosphere even outside the home. The quality of the products is excellent, with always fresh ingredients and dishes with attention to the smallest details. The location of the restaurant is strategic, with a large car park which makes everything even more convenient. Special thanks go to the management, always kind, professional and attentive to making every customer feel at ease. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic and welcoming culinary experience!
