The food was very good, but the prices have become too high compared to the past, and we even had to wait a long time. Unfortunately, not all the girls who greet you at the cash register are always nice, only some of them.

A larger and more welcoming spot than others, the piadina is served on a small wooden tray rather than by hand, and the staff are friendly. The only flaw is that the window display is broken.

Excellent food, lots of choice, normal atmosphere, there is also outdoor seating.

As a loyal customer of the most famous piadina chain, at the invitation of my colleagues, I decided to try Il Punto Fermo. Well... what a surprise! The piadina here is a whole other story: large, generous, and made with fresh, quality ingredients. The atmosphere is well-kept and clean, and the staff is also very friendly. An experience that far exceeded my expectations... and, I'm sorry to say, even those of the "famous" chain!
