When we go to Brescia for the beautiful exhibitions at Palazzo Martinengo, we stop, now out of habit, for lunch at this café.
Over time, it has also added vegetarian and vegan options to please more people.
You can enjoy your meal outside in peace because the area is very central, on Via dei Musei, so traffic is practically non-existent. We ordered an Emilio and a Mediterraneo sfogliatella.
More than sfogliatellas, I'd say they were very filling and made with good ingredients.
Two glasses of Bosio and two coffees.
Fairly priced.
Very courteous and attentive staff.

it's a very nice place, old fashioned with good cocktails and food. the lady that served us very polite and explained the working hours perfectly, and bringing our drinks and food in amazing time. prices are solid for the town, a plate of lasagna was 11e and daiquiri was 8

The service is incredible, very friendly and fast. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable and relaxing. Your order arrives promptly without any waiting. Kudos to the organization of the place. It's more than affordable, and the taste and quality are excellent.

The bar's name is perfect: like sunflowers following the sun, the waiters here only follow the largest tables, systematically ignoring those who arrived first. 😄 We sat staring into space while the next table, who had arrived calmly after us, received their menus and drinks in record time. Maybe to get served here you have to audition or have a minimum number of attendees? If you're looking for a place where you can feel transparent while the newcomers happily toast, this is the bar for you. Terrible. 😁

I'd like to thank the staff for offering us a truly… special experience.
After a long wait—passed without receiving a menu or any kind of attention—we had the opportunity to observe with interest how the service works. In particular, it was remarkable to see how a group of customers who arrived after us were immediately welcomed and served with great efficiency.
We, meanwhile, were able to appreciate a decidedly more “discreet” approach, based on a total lack of interaction.
This type of differentiation in service is undoubtedly curious and naturally leads one to question the criteria adopted. Perhaps it's an innovative form of customer selection, which unfortunately we haven't had the privilege of fully understanding.
I understand that there may be busier times, but a more balanced management of customer service would certainly contribute to making the experience less… memorable.
It remains an instructive experience nonetheless.
A sincere piece of advice: if you don't intend to treat all customers with a minimum of respect, perhaps it would be better to avoid opening altogether.
