Three friends happened by chance looking for good food to accompany pleasant company on a chilly Monday evening in the city. Small, modern, minimal and clean place with just a few tables so booking is highly recommended, I assume on the weekend. Young, professional, attentive and friendly staff. Bright and heated outdoor terrace. Particular menu with thick and detailed pages so, on the waiter's advice, we tasted an excellent farinata with onion and gorgonzola while reading to choose one of the fantastic gourmet pizzas present divided by Regions of Italy. The selection and relative assignment of the ingredients corresponding to the Territory is intriguing, from which a wide choice of exclusively Made in Italy pizzas emerges♥️. And then… last but not least… 5 different types of fillings on the pizza crust!! All three of us chose the cloud dough as our first experience and in fact we thought it was really light and digestible even if it was amply seasoned!!! The quality/price ratio is very good, dictated however by the quality raw materials, which one does not expect to find the average prices of traditional pizzas. The production of Sicilian cannoli was well appreciated at the moment for a crunchy wafer with fresh ricotta cream although... instead of candied fruit we would have preferred chopped pistachios (strictly from Bronte 😍😋!) on one side and drops of dark chocolate (perhaps Venchi 😋😍 ) on the other. The pistachio tiramisu is good as is the creme brulee but I don't feel like giving five stars because I believe that there can still be room for improvement on Home Made desserts. Full speed ahead!! 💪💪💪 Perfect combination for the company that made the evening superla💥🔝
