Very nice place in the center of Lucca. Excellent service and delicious food. Our waitresses, Roberta and Sofia, made us feel truly at ease throughout the evening. The best 🎉

Food was okay (ordered tortellini with ragu and the porchetta and potatoes). Wait staff were inattentive and more interested in chatting with each other/ensuring their favourite music was playing over the speakers. Wine glass was dirty. We’ve eaten out in a lot of places over the last 6 weeks in Lucca. Most we would go back to - not this one.

Unfortunately, three-thirds of the service staff are more busy with their cell phones and smoking (alongside the guests) than with their core business. It's a shame.

Pult tiene mucho a su favor — una ubicación céntrica justo al lado de Via Fillungo, una gran área de estar al aire libre cubierta perfecta para la gente — viendo, y honestamente, el mejor Hugo spritz que he tenido. Es un gran lugar para tomar un descanso mientras explora el centro histórico de Lucca. Dicho esto, se siente un poco como una trampa turística, especialmente durante las horas pico. El servicio fue extremadamente desatenta, hasta el punto de que salió como grosero — tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo solo para hacer un pedido e incluso más tiempo para el control, a pesar de que el personal pasó por allí varias veces. Si estás allí cuando no está demasiado ocupado, puede ser un lugar muy agradable para tomar una copa. Simplemente no espere un servicio cálido o atento durante la prisa

In ricerca di un posto per un pranzo veloce, che non fosse un acchiappaturisti mi sono imbattuto per caso in questo ristorante. Deve essere sincero: una piacevolissima sorpresa. I piatti ben cucinati, buoni. Pici cacio/pepe e la pizza buonissimi! Servizio cortese e veloce.
