16/06/2024: We enjoyed an extremely pleasant stay in the hotel annexe ( as we requested a seaview superior room ). The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with both contemporary and antique furnishings. The bed was very comfortable with excellent linen. New double glazed windows gave good sound insulation at night from outside noise from the street. The air-conditioning unit is also quiet. The bathroom was very good except for a strangely small shower head, positioned high above the tiles, luckily I am tall! Some hooks for hanging wet towels would be useful though. We appreciated the generous and delicious breakfast, with many homemade or locally sourced, mainly organic produce. The hotel team were charming and very helpful. If arriving by car, registration of the number plate via the hotel is essential as a local resident restriction zone operates. We parked in the nearby Talete public car park, using 10 & 5 Euro notes per 24 hours. The municipality should update the parking machines as a nightmare to use. To be fair, our hotel receptionist did recommend use of the Easypark App. A lovely stay in an amazing location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
