Pugliami Per la Gola In Modena

Credo che questo locale sia sottovalutato forse a causa dei prezzi troppo alti un pasticciotto 5 € è follia o un semplice caffe leccese a 3 €. I piatti sono ben preparati con ottimi ingredienti. Ma la vera "perla" sono le combinazioni che finalmente non sono BANALI. Ho trovato locali dove la parola Salento veniva associato a polpo e buratta dove le combinazioni erano le più disperate solo per attirare l'occhio sul menù. Qui tutto questo non accade è già solo questo è un punto in più. Rivedrei il menù perché a mio avviso è un po' povero di piatti e rivedrei un po' i prezzi. Ma per il resto io ci tornerei.

I am writing after returning to this place several times. For some time I had been drooling over the stories Rossella posted on Instagram and I wanted to see if the taste corresponded to the beauty of the photos. Final verdict: the taste definitely EXCEEDS even the beauty of the photos, thanks to the staff's ability to mix the tastes of many excellences of the Apulian territory in continuous rotation, to the intimate atmosphere of the place (very few tables, I highly recommend the gallery if available) and last but not least the staff's ability to make all this an ever new joy. We will be back again and again! I recommend everyone to have a dinner at Pugliami per la Gola because it's VERY GOOD. In addition to the excellent food, I would even say a brotherly welcome. As a true Apulian, I can say that the dishes prepared by Rossella are exquisite, very reminiscent of those cooked by my grandmother! The environment is welcoming, Rossella makes you feel at home and chatting with her is always pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was amazing , the wine one of the best that I have tasted in Italy . Her owner was very kind , we had a great experience in her restaurant.

My husband and I visited in January, and we were fortunate to be attended by Rossella, a charming woman who gave us various recommendations on wines and dishes, which we absolutely loved. The atmosphere of the place is wonderful, perfect for sharing with your partner or friends. We will definitely return to Modena and visit this spectacular place again.

My favorite place every time I go to Modena! The food is delicious and Rossella's welcome is something unique! For me, who loves vegetables, I am always super satisfied! My favorite dishes are broad beans and chicory and stewed turnip greens! Obviously also his homemade focaccia: super good! Highly recommended!

Lunch for four was all very good and genuine, super typical Apulian focaccia, burrata paired with delicious red turnip, exquisite wine!! Pure coffee made with the mocha you want to add... Highly recommended!! Well done Rossella

I went to this place with a colleague of mine for lunch. The welcome was immediately warm (as a southerner I appreciated it). We sat in a lovely mezzanine with great attention to detail (in the bathroom there are even perfumes and panty liners for women) We started with a homemade focaccia which was delicious to say the least, as good as the one I eat in Puglia! The orecchiette with turnip tops were delicious (without anchovies as I like them, but with a dried tomato cream) To finish, a delicious cream and black cherry pasticciotto served hot! If I return to Modena this place is definitely among my favourites!

A quiet Saturday of cold and foggy Modenese warmed by the sun of Puglia! A small place without pretensions and outside the usual circles of the Modenese nightlife, this bistro was able to make itself remembered and certainly to create the desire to return. Delicious food, excellent hospitality and above all the passion of the owner for her land and its excellences. Congratulations!
