Returning after years, we found the same quality. High-quality ingredients, such as the excellent meat, and seasonal products like the delicious porcini mushrooms. Excellent value.
The rustic and welcoming atmosphere of a typical Tuscan trattoria.
We'll be back for the pizza, because there are few places where it's still cooked in a wood-fired oven!

A very pleasant surprise.
Excellent restaurant, competent and friendly service!
Just a few minutes from the Camaldoli Monastery. It's not very noticeable from the road, but after climbing a few hundred meters, a large parking lot opens up and the restaurant is completely surrounded by greenery (several walking trails also begin here).
The Pappardelle alla Cacciagione (game-filled pappardelle) are a must-try...sublime!!

Located in a wonderful area, the restaurant is spacious inside, a bit run-down, and unfortunately, its style is undefined.
The food is average, nothing special. The tagliatelle are a bit overcooked, but the ragù is exceptional, and the portions are generous.
The bill is fair.

The place is fantastic. It would also be excellent with a sandwich. The appetizers are ok, excellent tagliatelle, wild boar stew (good according to their recipe), excellent fried porcini mushrooms. Prices have skyrocketed due to the crisis that has persisted for over 4 years... but unfortunately it's the same everywhere... even in the shops. A charming and relaxing place that makes up for everything else. For 2, 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 1 main course, 1 fried porcini mushroom, 1 water, 0.50 + 0.25 wine, 2 desserts, 2 coffees...

Very good food. We ate outside, in the shade of the trees. The only thing we didn't like was the slow service, but given the number of people there, the wait is understandable. It's still a place worth considering if you're in the area. Highly recommended!

I returned to this restaurant after many years, and my opinion is still very positive, very good food, excellent service, wonderful location surrounded by greenery, we ate outside and had a great time, the waiter who served us was very kind and attentive, the bill adequate, we will return.

If you pass through Camaldoli you must stop at this restaurant... it will become a place of the heart. I felt at home. I ate the best trout of my life and not only that... in the three evenings I also tasted roe deer and wild boar... very high level in the quality of the food... kindness and professionalism... I will return... because it is rare to find such a beautiful place immersed in nature and with such kindness... wonderful.
