The staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests' needs; the restaurant is very quaint, with outdoor seating where you can dine overlooking the sea. As for the food, just one word: spectacular and masterfully prepared!

We visit Puccieria every time we come from Belarus!!! Always only here, because only here they cook the most delicious pucci with a variety of fillings in the oven! With octopus, with ham, with mozzarella, it's worth trying everything! And it's not just pucci, all the food from the menu that we tried was fresh and very tasty! Polite, pleasant staff, always trying to please their guests and quickly provide a table, you want to come back to them again and again!!! Very nice place right in the center of Santo Spirito. We ordered two "Mojito" puccias, basically with octopus, eggplant, lime, and mint. The puccia dough was delicious, freshly made in a wood-fired oven. One negative note about the octopus. We couldn't eat it in the puccia because it was so tough. We tried to remove it from the puccia, but even grasping it with our teeth, we still couldn't cut it. We had to ask for cutlery to cut the octopus, which, after eating it in pieces, I think I digested it the next day. I think they overcooked it or it wasn't previously chilled (it curled). A real shame because the place is very nice, artisanal, and the puccia looks good. I should have gotten the tartare sandwich. A bit disorganized in placing the order and getting a table.

Recommended place. Delicious puccia dough, baked in a wood-fired oven, with a wide variety of fillings (very tempting). Strategically located just steps from the sea. Quick and friendly staff.

The food was very delicious, although the prices were a little bit high for the place. I will recommend the place anyway.
