I highly recommend it. Excellent pasta and pizza. Large portions, "made from the heart," as the owner says. Prices are budget-friendly. It's a quiet street, so you can have a conversation without shouting.

If anyone is visiting Catania and is near Via Transisto 57, we highly recommend this place. Delicious, atmospheric, and incredibly friendly service! A great restaurant with a wonderful owner who takes excellent care of his guests!

03/11/2025: An exceptional experience, as always. "Da Giulia" is a family-run restaurant serving the freshest seafood, with excellent traditional Apulian and Sicilian dishes. We stop by every time we're in Milan, having discovered them through the "4 Ristoranti" program. It's become a must-visit ❤️. Of course, there are also "meat" options, which we haven't tried yet. The prices are fair for the food offered, and the service is attentive. The "Lugana" wine from the "Ca' dei Frati" winery is highly recommended for a seafood dinner. The average price indicated refers to what we ate: about €100 each, including three courses per person, two desserts, one wine, water, and service.
16/10/2025: Everything was delicious! A restaurant where you immediately feel a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. The service is friendly, discreet, and always attentive, while the cuisine combines tradition and attention to detail. Beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors: from the starters to the main courses, everything is prepared with great balance.

09/11/2025: The food here is good, we had also very nice waitress which offered some changes it was nice of her. Price is not too good I would say but it is in the middle of a busy street so I can’t really blame the place it’s not different from others. Both the pizza and the pasta I got tasted good, it is important to say that they also have some pastas which are not on the menu.
