The quality of the products was decent, but the service was mediocre and rushed. We arrived at 10 pm after reading on Google that it would close at midnight. They then specified that the kitchen would close in 50 minutes. That doesn't mean we're not entitled to a pair of silverware and two glasses. We fully understand the customer's last-minute inconvenience, but ours is an experience we'll remember while we're just passing through.

Spectacular, delicious meat, and super friendly. The staff are very attentive, and the atmosphere is very youthful, yet still suitable for all ages—welcoming, playful, and American-style. One of the few that lives up to expectations (and at a reasonable price).

Lots of quantity. Quality, in short...
The toppings (cheese, bacon, etc.) were insufficient for the amount of meat (if I order a double burger, you have to increase everything).
The sauces, which are only available in sachets and are paid for, are incredibly annoying.
Overall, the prices were fair.

We ordered a takeaway in person although they are available on food delivery apps, and there's a gf bun option included on the order screen which is fantastic. There is a fantastic selection of gf burgers available on the menu and the gf bun was good.
The vegan option is limited to one choice which was a vegetable patty with lots of sauces and salad. It wasn't the tastiest vegan burger we've had, maybe a little bland but would definitely order again. The fries were amazing and the service was great! Quite pricey for a takeaway but would eat in next time for better value
