19/10/2025: I went to Shibuya restaurant this evening. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very intimate. The owner is very nice, friendly, and makes you feel part of her family even if you don't know her, which is what I hope to find in every restaurant I go to. The food is a true culinary journey, rich in flavors, colors, and beautiful dishes. Highly recommended.

The dishes are a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. I particularly loved the BOM BOM, a delicious dish I previewed.
