Love what these guys are doing here. Taking the classic and giving it a new edge. Fun and delicious! Great delicate flavours. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and music, love the fact i was able to watch the chef in his element. Highly recommend.

Interesting options served with great passion. A little different from many in Pienza and in a quaint setting you can’t go wrong. Hummus and a devilled egg to start followed be melted pecorino with walnuts and honey and a dish of crunchy succulent belly pork with a fresh coleslaw and fresh apple was to die for. To round this off a rich chocolate ganache with salt flakes and praline. Great wine choices offered by knowledgeable owner. Amazing experience!

Possibly the best wine and food establishment in Pienza! Young entrepreneur, Davide, has assembled an interesting list of local natural and organic wines and beers and Johan is very skilled in the kitchen, delicious and creative dishes! We enjoyed the natural house Prosit wines and had the Burrata and cabbage dishes, full of flavours…not to be missed!

We had a wonderful time here! The place is pleasant and unique. We sampled excellent pecorino cheese, followed by equally delicious dishes prepared with top-quality ingredients. The wine was also a plus, as was the attentive staff, always ready to offer the best recommendations. A gem not to be missed when visiting Pienza :)

11/11/2025: An unassuming place that captivated me with its food. As we approached before closing time, we noticed a man sitting in front of the bar. It turned out to be the owner, who invited us in and took our orders: a classic, a cheese burger, and a Pio burger. They were all delicious; the meat melted in your mouth. The bacon was fresh and well-fried. The fries were also on par. The whole family left satisfied. The place looks unassuming, but the food is of good quality. No stomach issues afterward.
02/11/2025: Found by chance, located on a small street about halfway down Corso Rossellino, this little place offers a good variety of burgers (I recommend the one with truffle). The ones the three of us tried were very tasty, especially the gluten-free one and the double Pienza. A great alternative to the good restaurants in town. Inside, there's seating for about 10. The owner is very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

24/10/2025: In the countryside, slightly isolated, with a dirt road. A quiet restaurant serving traditional Tuscan dishes. A truly pleasant surprise.
