Absolutely an experience not to be missed! This restaurant is a true jewel for those who love naturalness in every aspect. Natural wines are a continuous discovery, capable of surprising the palate with their authenticity. Organic food is equally exceptional, you can feel the freshness of the ingredients and the passion of those who prepare it. And what about the service? The owner is a true master in the art of hospitality, attentive, thoughtful and capable of anticipating every desire. His partner, with his discreet presence and his skill in the kitchen complete a truly idyllic picture. Special praise goes to the tenerina cake: a true delight, melting and delicious, the perfect ending to an unforgettable dinner. Highly recommended!

Nice selection of natural wines and two beers on tap from a great local brewery. We stayed two consecutive evenings for an aperitif, the owners are very kind and the atmosphere is really pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Pienza.

Considering the price, the food that we ordered was just bread with melted cheese which was 12eur. And the wine was 10eur with kind of small portion. But the owner was really kind

19/05/2025: Great location on the main square, but inside a plastic tent, in an environment of sophisticated intention, with a contrasting result. With good background music, the menu arrives with sweet and sour recipes, with a gourmet touch. After an exhausting wait, and 3 baskets of excellent bread and homemade breadsticks, the dishes are presented with slightly small portions. The first courses turned out to be of excellent quality. While the artichoke (ino) was also excellent. Fantastic chocolate cake. The Catalan cream unfortunately half liquid and half lumpy, was a bit of a disappointment. Prices in line.
29/03/2025: New experience at Chianti Soul Kitchen with the owner Maximilian and the chef Giada. A wonderful ambiente with an excellent service, you feel welcome as a guest and as a friend. We had as a starter (antipasto) the „gamberi rosso crudo“, which an explosion of different tastes and flavors created by Giada. She loves to experiment with combinations of different flavors and that makes this kitchen unique. The duck („petto di anatra“) with potatoes was amazing, perfectly seasoned and pink meat! Wonderful! The wine selection is legendary at Chianti Soul Kitchen. We love to be there!
