It's worth going to try their specialties. The service could be a little better, but they make an effort. Nice location, perhaps penalized by the presence of the restoration work on the adjacent buildings. Fair price for the city center.

Focaccia 5⭐️, service and atmosphere 5⭐️. Excellent cured meats and cheeses. The place is located on a beautiful, quiet, traffic-free street in Spoleto. They accept credit cards. Fast service, clean restroom. The only small downside: we ordered a platter of grilled vegetables, which were freezing straight out of the fridge. It's best to reheat them on the grill before serving (my personal taste and opinion).

A unique experience, a wonderful place, and how good the food is! Typical Umbrian products, homemade focaccias and supplì. Local beers. In short, if you're in Spoleto and want divine food, come here!

A rebirth in the name of quality! I've previously reviewed "La Prosciutteria del Corso" on Via Mazzini in Spoleto, and unfortunately, my experience was very negative due to the previous management, which didn't care about the quality of the products. I recently returned and was delighted to discover that the situation has completely changed. The partner who had no respect for the customers is no longer there, and the restaurant is now run by the owner, an extremely professional and honest person. The change is immediately noticeable: the ingredients are top-quality, and there's a care and attention to the customer that was completely lacking before. The owner is fully committed to making his business run as smoothly as possible, offering a truly positive experience. I highly recommend everyone try "La Prosciutteria del Corso" now. It's proof that a change of management, if done with seriousness and passion, can completely transform a restaurant. Congratulations to the owner, and I hope this new direction brings great success.

Siamo stati in questo locale per un pranzo veloce, nonostante fossero le 14.30 quindi quasi a chiusura ci hanno fatto accomodare lo stesso . Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi molto vario e gustoso, focaccia ripiena e focaccia bianca. Prezzi nella norma. Tutto molto buono, personale disponibile e gentile
