YUMMY food!!! Local, selected products, very honest prices. How sweet is a focaccia with ricotta and Nutella that's scary!!!!! The only small flaw is the slightly small environment, which makes everything welcoming... but the comfort is a 9 out of 10. The rest 10!!❤️❤️❤️

Really excellent, the food is very good and the service is quick. The costs are low, always in relation to what you eat, but still of quality. Even though it is small in size, we enjoyed it very much and the wait was short.

The best porchetta I have ever eaten! If you visit Spoleto and want to make a short but tasty stop, satisfy all palates, seeing young guys with so much passion for their work is a real satisfaction also in the choice of raw materials, quality ratio /price 100% valid!

Local located on the main street of Spoleto, in the center. They specialize in the highest quality cold cuts, focaccias and craft beers. I have traveled throughout Italy and have rarely found such high quality raw materials! It is no coincidence that we won the GAMBERO ROSSO 2022 award... unique in all of Umbria! The staff is kind and highly trained, don't hesitate to ask for advice because they know the life, death and miracles of every beer they serve. Truly the best 🤟

I took a platter of cold cuts and a focaccia, all very good and of good quality, nothing to say about the very welcoming and attentive staff. To return every time there is an opportunity!

Centrally located place, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. As vegetarians we left full and satisfied (which is not common). Advised!

It is a place that makes you feel welcomed, without hypocrisy and with a lot of discretion even as the internal tables are attached to the counter. The products are of quality. I absolutely recommend the platter and the focaccia with cabbage and potatoes. As for beer, if draft beer is not available, let the managers advise you which one to choose from the various alternatives. Naturally, it is better to prefer bottled ones! Place to return to.

Sono stato con gli amici della mia squadra in questo locale nel corso principale di Spoleto. Ottima location, siamo arrivati un pò tardi ed il locale era vistosamente pieno di persone quindi ci hanno avvisato che c'era un pò da attendere... ne è valsa la pena! dopo una ventina di minuti ci hanno apparecchiato e servito delle ottime focacce, si sentiva che non avevano lesinato sulla qualità degli ingredienti!! Ottimo anche l'assortimento di birre: uno dei miei amici è un "appassionato bevitore" ed ha trovato nel proprietario un altro amante del luppolo che ci ha dato ottimi consigli. All'interno ho notato un bancone pulitissimo ed i salumi perfettamente confezionati, cosa per nulla scontata in un locale con così tanta clientela. Non a caso ho visto che hanno vinto il premio Michelin.. Bagno pulito

ho stato in sta prosciutteria pe pur caso e, crediteme, è stata na vera bellezza! Appena trasuto, 'o profumo e prosciutto e salumi m'ha fatto venì a fame nzieme. L'ata mosfera era proprio accogliente, 'na cosa semplice ma cu 'o calore giusto, comm' piace a nuje. 'O personale è stato nu babbà: gentile, simpatico e sempre pronto a spiegà tutte 'e cose che ce staveno 'n tagliere. 'O prezzo? Giustissimo pe' tutto chist' ben 'e Dio. Si passate a llà, nun ve perdite sta prosciutteria. Aggio già deciso ca quanno torno, ce torno nzieme!
