The porchetta nuggets with sweet and sour sauce are delicious. If you're in Spoleto, stop by the Prosciutteria for some excellent street food.

A truly positive experience at Prosciutteria del Corso in Spoleto. The quality of the products is top-notch: you can immediately sense the attention to detail in the selection of ingredients, from the cured meats to the side dishes, all excellent and beautifully presented. I had a Purple Rain with wild boar mortadella, grilled eggplant, and smoked provola: a truly successful combination, with well-balanced flavors and top-quality ingredients. The other was an Aristotele with finocchiona, peppers, and caramelized onions—really good, tasty, and well-made. The pizza overall was excellent, well-cooked and with plenty of ingredients. The service was quite quick and friendly. The interior isn't huge, but it's well-organized, well-maintained, and welcoming, making it a very pleasant place to be. Overall, a truly well-designed place with excellent food. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back.

I'm not giving it a five only because the door probably doesn't close properly and you walk in cold. Super friendly staff, normal prices, very generous portions, catchy background music that doesn't disturb the conversation between diners.
