We had lunch here during a cultural tour of Spoleto. Excellent products, friendly service. The price is in line with the location. Perhaps the focaccia could be served with a platter at no extra cost. A truly complimentary treat for the customer. Recommended.

Excellent selection of meats and cheeses plus veggie items served on focaccia or as a tagliere. Went twice in two days. Good value and both inside and outside seating. Buono!

It's worth going to try their specialties. The service could be a little better, but they make an effort. Nice location, perhaps penalized by the presence of the restoration work on the adjacent buildings. Fair price for the city center.

Focaccia 5⭐️, service and atmosphere 5⭐️. Excellent cured meats and cheeses. The place is located on a beautiful, quiet, traffic-free street in Spoleto. They accept credit cards. Fast service, clean restroom. The only small downside: we ordered a platter of grilled vegetables, which were freezing straight out of the fridge. It's best to reheat them on the grill before serving (my personal taste and opinion).

Piccolo posticino dove gustare ottime scelte di salumi e focacce farcite. Personale sempre disponibile, giovani molto preparati. Abbiamo preso il tagliere medio per 2 era tutto veramente buonissimo. Alla grande!!!!!

22/08/2025: I've been to this place many times, including takeout, and each time I've found the same quality and attention to detail. The burgers are truly excellent, with super-fresh bread (especially the "burnt" one) and a varied selection of chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian options, to please all tastes. The place has a lovely character, with a refined and pleasant industrial style. In the summer, you can also eat outside, but I personally prefer the indoor atmosphere. The location is also very convenient: parking is available in front or a few meters away, and the city center is a 5-minute walk away. A must-visit for anyone looking for a quality burger in Perugia, highly recommended!
