This place is always a sure thing! The cured meats are top-notch, and the pairings are satisfying! It's a shame it's so hot in the place, despite the air conditioning, but it was a scorching hot day and it was hard to escape. I definitely want to return in the fall for a full tasting with a couple of beers to go with it!

Spectacular sandwiches, perfect pairings, and truly top-quality craft beers. You can tell there's care, passion, and a great deal of professionalism behind it.
But the real plus is the staff: Elena deserves special praise. Helpful, smiling, friendly, and attentive in a way that's truly hard to find these days. She makes you feel immediately at ease and makes the experience even more enjoyable.
A place where you eat excellently, drink even better, and are welcomed with rare kindness. Highly recommended!

We visited on a Saturday evening during a city festival and gave the staff free rein to offer us something traditional. They quickly brought us two delicious focaccias, one with their own porchetta and one with wild boar mortadella, both paired with two Italian craft beers.
We had a wonderful time and will be back! This is also the go-to place for craft beer in Spoleto.

Very good focaccia, I had the vegetarian one (9 euros) very good but even the ones with meat are not very tasty.... the matriciana very tasty and tasty according to my husband we recommend it.. place a little small but for a quick meal it's fine.

A small restaurant in the historic center of Spoleto, known primarily for its platters and delicious focaccia, all made with quality ingredients. The porchetta is succulent. Very helpful, friendly, and professional staff are always attentive to their guests' needs. Given the limited seating, it's always best to book. Highly recommended; they're truly excellent.
