This restaurant is located near the Italian border at a gas station. Stopped in for a work lunch. The interior is entirely wood-paneled with very traditional furnishings, while the outside offers a backdrop of the Alps. The food is good and reasonably priced. You can also order cold cuts to take away and enjoy the typical local prosciutto at home. Fast service.

This restaurant at the foot of the Great St. Bernard Tunnel has been a must-visit for several years. The charcuterie and cheese platter is excellent in both quality and quantity, and the grilled ham is excellent, accompanied by generous side dishes. The price is absolutely in line with the offerings. It's no coincidence that it's always packed. Highly recommended!

Many people stop here, whether it's just for a coffee, to eat, or to pick up a sandwich to go. Their ham is excellent, and it's always a welcome break to enjoy the first Italian coffee after crossing the border!

Disclaimer: It's my fault for not calling ahead to see if there was a seat available for lunch. I arrived and there were no seats available; everything was booked. The staff kindly told me that for those who aren't seated at a table, the menu is limited to sandwiches only. Naturally, I ordered one with prosciutto and one with prosciutto and fontina. I was disappointed because I wasn't able to try their charcuterie boards; I hope they'll be able to offer takeout platters in the future for those who can't find a seat. Recommended, but it's best to call ahead to secure a seat.

What a gem! What’s appears like a strange attachment to the petrol station is this energetic treasure. Sandwiches can not get much fresher as they cut the meat to order. Very authentic and great price.

16/09/2025: A truly charming and welcoming place with an open-view cheese and cured meat pantry. The platter of local cheeses and cured meats, the Stracotto, and the Rösti and Potatoes platter are excellent. I highly recommend it.
11/09/2025: Great place to eat local dishes. Very good culinary experience and a great wine list.

15/10/2025: What can I say... EXQUISITE... At L'Atelier 26, we cook! In the sense of "creating" dishes from excellent raw materials that will delight the palate. Preparations that enhance the natural flavors. The price is very fair, considering the high quality and preparation required for the menu. I'll be back!!! 3 courses: Escargot, with Beaufort and mushrooms; lamb chops; tarte tatin; a glass of excellent Burgundy, sparkling water, bread. Total service: €60.
