In a small village in the hills northeast of Udine and ten kilometers from Cividale del Friuli, in the center of the town, there is this beautiful restaurant. From the outside the place is a bit anonymous, there are only the signs, near the entrance, on the facade of the building located in front of the church of the village. Moving on to the food, this is the strong point: first and second courses of the Friulian tradition and not only, cheeses and cold cuts but above all a well-seasoned San Daniele raw ham that melts in the mouth, as well as various types of meat, also grilled, and much more. Large choice of dishes, good wine. Possibility to purchase typical local products such as gubana, strucchi, Ramandolo, various grappas. The waitresses are very courteous and polite. Excellent value for money! I recommend trying the skewer, tagliolini with San Daniele and raw ham.
