A great place to taste special food and wines. Unfortunately, the "official" restaurant is undergoing renovation work, so the ham shop is a more modern place, and therefore less characteristic, and the menu is slightly reduced but it still remains an excellent place!

Excellent discovery in the historic center of Collegno, a very nice place especially when it is hot and there is the possibility of being outdoors. Wide selection of cured meats and cheeses, perfect for aperitifs, aperitifs and dinners. Top quality wine too. Without a doubt one of the best places to have an aperitif in Collegno.

A little surprise. Unknown place and chosen by chance.
Piedmontese cuisine. The starters were excellent (single dish with 5 different starters... different depending on the type of starter ordered).
The first courses are excellent, especially the pappardelle with wild boar, the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and the agnolotti.
Interesting portions.
Desserts online. Perhaps something more could be done here to make them "different from the usual",
