Pranzo della domenica, Nessuna voglia di cucinare, Cercando ho trovato questo locale la Prosciutteria di Rovetta. Ha telefonato e ho prenotato. Arrivati, nel menu ho scoperto che tra le varie proposte avevano la fonduta. Molto buona. Abbiamo assaggiato anche un piatto di prosciutto e culaccia e delle ottime verdure sott’olio. Gustoso anche il dolce. Da consigliare !

Edoardo's Prosciutteria in Rovetta offers excellent platters of local cured meats, accompanied by giardiniera in oil and trays of mountain cheeses from the Bergamo valleys. All accompanied by delicious fig, orange and honey sauces! Furthermore, you can taste various types of good lard, including the highly prized Colonnata one. For polenta lovers there is spoiled for choice; polenta with porcini mushrooms, with wild boar ragù, with osso bucco and many other varieties. The menu also offers cheese fondue, all washed down with a good choice of wines by the glass and in bulk. The place is very welcoming, traditional mountain style with a cellar and a piano for those who wish to play it. There is also an outdoor space. The service is excellent, the quality/price level is good.
