One of the best tartares I've eaten in my life. After years I returned to Ostia for work and as my first gourmet stop I returned to this butcher's shop, of which I had excellent memories. Clean and with a well-presented counter, which would make you want to buy everything. Friendly staff, price appropriate to the quality

22/12/2024: For lunch on Sunday, we ate an excellent wild boar ragù plus a first course based on seasonal mushrooms. Both really excellent. An exceptional duck ham. The staff is really very kind. If you are even just passing through, stop by!

24/12/2024: Nice pub, friendly staff, service could be improved a little... I've been there twice and they don't ask how much the hamburger should be cooked, everything doesn't arrive at once, the quality of the food is average,... In short, small details that but they make a difference :)
