The place is really beautiful, with great music and good food, but what I was disappointed about was the treatment I and my friends received from the bouncers at the end of the night (they kicked us out and insulted us, despite us kindly and politely telling them we were just waiting for taxis, and apologizing for the inconvenience). Treating a customer like that is truly disheartening and ruins the overall experience. I don't think I'll return.

*Very nice location, but with room for improvement.* The space is truly spectacular and perfect for those looking for an Instagrammable spot. However, the organization could be improved: there are few bathrooms available, and they're not always well-maintained, which creates inconvenience considering the crowds. The background music (80s/90s piano bar style) may not be to everyone's taste. The staff, too, sometimes seemed a bit cold or unhelpful.

The girls at the door are really rude and unfriendly, the venue lacks flexibility (for example, you need to reach a certain amount to keep the table for the entire evening and balloons, even small ones, are not allowed before the cake), the buffet is quite generous and appropriate for the price, the bottles of water (0.5L for €3) and prosecco (€60) are overpriced, and there's a DJ set with good, but not deafening, music... the strong points of this venue are definitely the location and the service. Christian is absolutely impeccable and professional; he even set up a special space in the garden to blow out my 30th birthday candles, taking care of every little detail and giving us advice on how to take photos and create a beautiful memory of the evening.
