I can confirm everything: the pizza is light, as promised, and truly delicious. You eat it and it doesn't leave a lasting impression. The young, friendly staff and the service is always top-notch. I often come to Impasto Bakery, and they never disappoint: bread, pizza, panettone, bugie... it's all top-quality. It's become a given.

This place is a treat for the soul. Pizza, bread, biscuits, crackers, and even quick meals... everything is delicious. The girls are fantastic, the place is small but tastefully decorated (which is good for the heart), and there's even a small area for children. It's also worth noting that there are always vegetarian options to choose from. A particularly positive note: the ramp at the entrance allows access even for people in wheelchairs and with reduced mobility. Highly recommended 😊

The pizza is delicious and easy to digest. They have a wide variety of delicious recipes, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent bread made with ancient grains and sourdough starter that lasts longer and is more filling than regular flours. (I say this for those who think it's expensive, but in proportion you eat less and get more quality!) Especially considering that these days even poor-quality bread is truly exorbitantly expensive. The pizza is also fantastic! The staff is always very friendly.

We went there this afternoon for an aperitif with friends. We found the place welcoming and tidy, the staff friendly and helpful, and the aperitif/aperitif dinner was truly exquisite, with quality cured meats and a very fragrant and tasty pizza. We'll be back. Congratulations!

You can see immediately as soon as you enter the preparation of food from pizza to bread to brioches which has become a fixed point for the local people including workers

A very interesting place where you can eat pizza by the slice with various flavors (like Tellia, for those familiar with it) and, on Friday and Saturday nights, you can also eat the classic round pizza, choosing from the menu! Alternatively, there's the aperitivo option for €8 (with just pizza and a soft drink) or €15 (with an alcoholic drink and a platter of cured meats and cheeses in addition to the pizza). The pizza is very good, soft and easy to digest thanks to their dough. The beer is delicious, made with unsold and recovered bread; highly recommended! The desserts and coffee are good, as is their panettone (they brought us some to try), which they sell with various toppings. They even left us a discount coupon for next time! The value for money is also excellent, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I'll be back soon!
