Huge facility with a wide range of accommodations. Conference rooms and a restaurant for large groups. Surrounded by a flat park. Excellent cuisine. Spring mattresses need updating. Spa not always open, indoor pool closed (stayed in December).

The rooms are nice, the staff very friendly. The estate is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and peaceful.

I'm giving the room in Borgo Sant'Antonio 4 stars only because it was far away for us, as we didn't have a car to get to the hotel and attend all the classes on time. Also, a few things need fixing... curtains... and cobwebs... but otherwise, I understand that the building was opened specifically for the conference. We'll be back! Fantastic staff, super good food, wonderful service. Big hugs, and we'll see you next year! Maremma, what a sauce!

The place is fantastic, however there were some problems with the apartment: the bathroom window couldn't open and the shower curtain meant that every shower made a pool on the floor.

My husband and I fell in love with Hotel La Principina. The location is enchanting, surrounded by greenery, and the property is beautiful and well-maintained. We had a wonderful weekend... We loved the spa, it was truly welcoming... We managed to find a weekend where we were alone and thoroughly enjoyed it :) Dinner was superb... the tasting menu was thoughtful and plentiful, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was also truly kind and friendly... from the owner, with whom we had a pleasant chat, to Omar, who was always attentive at the reception, and the delightful waiter in the restaurant! In the morning, we also took a lovely walk to the farm where we saw the animals, including a curious emu!! Truly a wonderful discovery! We thank everyone and hope to visit you again in the spring! Beautiful, well-kept, quiet place. Nice, clean rooms. Service, despite it being November, was active and efficient.

Highly recommended for large events, especially in the summer months, to make the most of the huge park. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and super professional. The rooms are clean and very large, not modern but in keeping with the overall style of the hotel.

The rooms may be a little dated, but they're extremely large, comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. The location is truly incredibly immersed in nature, a beautiful place.

Magnificent structure and magnificent location. The rooms could use some updating, but overall, an excellent facility. P.S. The restaurant is excellent.
