The staff seems to be working under duress. Many of your requests are met with compulsion. They can't help but notice. It's a busy establishment. Leaving work is an option. The products are excellent, so I gave the food 5 stars. The atmosphere is also good.

We went there this morning and everything was fabulous. The music, the staff, most importantly the quality of their pastry! Bought a 500g panettone home to Malaysia, can’t wait to try!

Focaccia and salads are exceptional, specifically anything with olives. Hot chocolate was good but needed whipped cream. I have been here at least a dozen times this year and the food is consistently delicious and the washroom always messy, frequently without soap and floors are disgusting especially at lunchtime. For a restaurant of this quality to have a washroom in this state is unacceptable.

I love going to Princi when in Milan - love love love their olive sticks, crunchy and soft! (I also went in for the early dinner buffet, so much to chose from, all made there, really fresh ingredients) Princi also has good wifi, so you are not using up all your limited data. And of course, there is the espresso. Yum!

I loved the breakfast at this place! The cake and cinnamon roll I had were so delicious and the latte macchiato was very well done. However, it should be noted that the staff here were not very friendly! I smiled at the woman taking my order and she just stared at me with a blank face. The next time I ordered another pastry the Asian guy at cashier gave off negative body language sighing, rolling his eyes at me and acting like I was bothering him. I would have rated this place higher but I believe service is what makes a difference between a good vs great bakery. And the service was not good, but the food was great. So I’m giving this 3 stars.

Nice bakery
Tiramisu is good not the best but I love pistachio cake was amazing and delicious

The place is perpetually chaotic, but you can always find a seat and something to eat. This time, I opted for a chocolate and pear cake. Overall, the product was good, but upon closer inspection, the topping and pear filling tasted like chemicals or an industrial product. Parts of the cake are definitely not artisanal. The prices are above average, exploiting the reputation.
