Excellent! The only downside is the somewhat canteen-like atmosphere due to the fact that it's a chain!

Aperitivo with friends, nice and almost cheap. I had two Spritzes with a nice platter for €16.

We were there thursday evening for a quick bite - really tasty food (we had foccacia bites, pasta was not possible since kitchen was closed), fantastic desserts but totally awful customer service, the young personnel (specially an Asian guy, as stated in other reviews) is arrogant and ignore customer’s questions (It might help to be fluent in Italian; smile and politeness is apparently not enough). Luckily, we were served by a friendly and polite young lady (nose piercing), who was not pushy and took the time to explain what dishes were made of .. thanks !!, you saved our evening ! Still cannot go beyond 3 stars due to the personnel attitude. If you are hungry and don’t give a shit about how you get treated, go for it, good food !

De camino a un par de museos y sin haber desayunado, Princi salvó el día con una deliciosa bebida caliente servida eficientemente por un amable personal.

Gli sfogliati sono perfetti nella forma e ottimi nel gusto e la scelta è molto ampia; ho apprezzato in particolare il fagottino al cioccolato e caffè. La cassiera però è stata scortese e svogliata.
