To conclude our Sicily trip, we stopped at "Primopiano." It was warm, so we were able to sit on the terrace. After receiving a small welcome drink, we were given excellent advice on the perfect wine pairing for the evening. After selecting and ordering our appetizers, we relaxed and chose our main courses. The appetizers—antipasti and oysters—were of impressive quality and heightened our anticipation for the main courses. My wife had the filet mignon, and I ordered spaghetti carbonara. Here, too, we were not disappointed by the food and were delighted by the quality of the ingredients and the dishes. By now, feeling quite full, we rashly ordered a tiramisu and a crema catalana. The crema was flambéed at our table and tasted absolutely divine. After almost two weeks in Sicily and not yet having a proper tiramisu, our expectations were completely exceeded. Overall, the food and the warm hospitality were exceptionally good. We would like to thank you for a wonderful end to our vacation and look forward to our next visit.

Primo Piano Restaurant is now an absolute must-try. I've been there countless times, and every single experience has been impeccable. The food here is truly divine: from the pizza, always perfect with its light dough and quality ingredients, to the rich and delicious appetizers that kick off the meal in style. The first courses are carefully crafted and flavorful, while both the fish and meat are always fresh and cooked to perfection. You can sense the great attention to detail in the kitchen and a consistency that is by no means a given: returning multiple times and always finding the same high standard truly makes a difference. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly and professional service: it's one of those places where you can't go wrong, every time. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

We’ve been to this restaurant four times in a row for dinner, and it’s been the best decision. The ingredients are always fresh, there’s a different daily special every day, and the waiter who served us could answer all our questions and even recommend places to visit as a tourist. If we ever go back to Sicily I’m sure we’re gonna visit this place again.

Excellent experience: Welcome, with a welcome glass of prosecco and a savory wafer. Fast, attentive, professional, and very kind service. Truly good food. My wife ordered the Bronte pizza, about €14; it has a very light, flaky dough and excellent toppings, in addition to the generous portion. I ordered the fish appetizer for myself; for €22, you can satisfy your hunger, delighting in a delicious pepper caponata, a trio of marinated fish, a selection of fried small fish (very fresh), octopus salad, peppered mussels, and two anchovies (I would have preferred some marinated anchovies). Good crusty bread; as soon as the first basket was finished, the waiter immediately brought a second without me having time to ask. A 750 ml bottle of still water and a 33 cl Strait beer. Finally, a warm chocolate heart for my wife and a mandarin sorbet for me. All this for €57, including €2.80 per person for the cover charge. (A little high, but still satisfying.) An experience to repeat!
