Primo Piano in Catania blew me away. No exaggeration—this was the best pasta and pizza I’ve ever had. Everything was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pasta was rich and comforting, with sauce that clung to every bite like it was made for it. The pizza? Absolute perfection—crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, and topped with just the right balance of cheese and fresh ingredients. You can tell this place is run by people who care about what they’re doing. If you’re in Catania, make this a must. It’s simple, honest food—but done at the highest level. Sono stato in questo ristorante oggi a pranzo, per festeggiare la laurea di mio fratello. Siamo stati accolti in maniera elegante e professionale, e, durante il servizio, la cura nei confronti di noi clienti è stata minuziosa e impeccabile. Antipasti e primi piatti da paura, non mangiavo dei primi piatti di questo livello, fuori, da davvero tanto tempo. Che dire, soddisfazione alle stelle. Grazie
