Had lunch. Modern place with open kitchen where you can see everything they cook. Young and very friendly staff, clean room. I opted for the working lunch: €13 first course, second course, water and coffee. Why 3 stars? The chosen meal is served on a single plate and here the "purists" who believe that every dish must be served on a single plate would turn up their noses. This is not my case, as I am not a purist, then highlighting that if you choose à la carte each dish is served on its own plate. But the "single dish" gives a bit of the idea of ​​a canteen. But this is not the real problem: I took a cacio e pepe pasta which turned out to be passable but certainly not at the level of the "de Roma" one, not enough sauce, so much so that towards the middle of consumption I had to add some grated parmesan; the side dish was pan-fried courgettes which would have been good if they had still been hot once the first course was finished... but as you can imagine after this and pepper the courgettes were now cold; the really sore point was the second course vitello tonnato: a triumph of mayonnaise. It was of the same standard as what you can buy in the delicatessen section of Esselunga or Coop: the sauce did not have that delicacy that is the right compromise between mayonnaise and tuna. It literally left me sick. What can I say... the experience is not one that leads me to say "I will definitely go back". Sin

We discovered this restaurant about 3 years ago, since then my family and I have been coming 1/2 times a month to eat exceptional first courses, each better than the other. On the other hand we love first courses!!! We have also brought my 87 year old parents who live in Milan a few times, and they too appreciate this place. The food was excellent and the idea of ​​the homemade pasta variant or the large portion was nice. The service is also excellent, with very friendly staff. The environment and hygiene (including the toilet) are very clean, the atmosphere is informal. The excellent value for money and everything said above make this place special. Highly recommended!

Excellent discovery in Pavia, mostly menu of first courses with "around" appetizers, pinse, second courses of the day (outside the official menu), some side dishes, ice creams (Bindi). The first courses of both land and sea, well seasoned. The prices are very honest considering the "fullness" of the dishes (e.g. spaghetti with seafood with an appreciable quantity of clams (true!), mussels, prawns, squid, ...). TOP dinner.

What can I say, maybe because pasta is my passion, but it's all really delicious! Then the guys work in full view, nothing to hide, professional and prepared, they churn out dishes that are perfectly balanced in taste, tasty and also abundant, you don't leave still hungry! The service guys are also very good. The only criticism is that the environment is too industrial and small for the customers, once this detail is fixed they are destined for Olympus!!
