Dino's focaccia, classic with tomato or seasoned in various ways, masterfully cooked in a wood-fired oven, is memorable, crunchy but light, one of the best I have ever tasted.
It is not indigestible nor excessively oily and the dough is prepared to perfection with quality flours.
The same goes for the pizzas and pucce, varied and well seasoned, whose dough is crunchy and digestible.
The service is courteous, the prices are honest and it is possible to request home delivery, but remember that focaccia is not available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings!
N.B. The place is small and has no tables, just a shelf on the wall for quick drinks.
One of the best pizzas in Rutigliano. Historic pizzeria in Rutigliano. The pizza chef is very friendly and welcoming as is his staff. Exceptional pizzas. Small neighborhood pizzeria but very welcoming. He works a lot on takeaways and home delivery. Unfortunately it doesn't have tables inside but this detail disappears when you have direct contact with the pizza chef/owner. I highly recommend
