Room in an old cellar in the historic center. Large rooms with barrel vaults. Attentive and fast service attentive to customer needs. Wide choice of pizzas with various doughs. Expectations were high given the premises, but I was a little disappointed by the pizza. I'm not sure what but it wasn't great. However I recommend it.

Located in the historic center of Putignano, this place, where I go frequently, is a welcoming place with friendly and professional staff. The pizza is really good, with different types of dough. Service above the "classic pizzeria" (an example is how bottled beer is served). Average price of pizza €9-13, but they are all worth it. If you find yourself passing through Putignano, I recommend it.

Last night I went to the Premiata pizzeria in Pitigliano together with my work colleagues and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience! The pizza was excellent, as were the desserts, which won us over with their quality and flavour. Special thanks go to Lello, the maître d', who proved to be extremely knowledgeable, kind and always attentive to our needs. All the staff also stood out for their professionalism and courtesy. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect evening in a welcoming environment and with high quality food!

Characteristic and beautiful place, excellent management and service, excellent quality of the dishes and gluten-free pizza. Recommended for celiacs as well as for everyone.

Very good pizza, qualified and very kind staff! The menu offers a rich choice of pizzas. Highly recommended!!! The rum and chocolate tasting proposal was very welcome, described very well by the waiter!!!!

Ottima pizza con ingredienti di altissima qualità e un impasto che difficilmente si trova in altri posti.. che dire la puglia nella e sulla pizza.. ottimi anche gli antipasti e il sevizio attento e preciso.. consigliatissima tappa nella bella Putignano … bravi 👏

Posto bello, soprattutto l’esterno perché ti trovi nelle vie antiche di Putignano. Personale gentile. Come benvenuto ti portano del pane fatto in casa e delle friselline. Come antipasto io ed il mio compagno abbiamo preso polpette al sugo e tartare di carne. Polpette molto buone, mentre tartare nì. Come portata invece pizza (con pomodorino giallo, salmone affumicato, stracciatella e granella di pistacchio) e tagliata di manzo. Pizza buona, ben bilanciata, anche la carne buona. Come dolce, invece, tiramisù e soufflé al cioccolato. Tiramisù buono, mentre il soufflé nì, però si vedeva non fosse di quelli comprati. Tutto sommato, come cena è stata buona.

28/01/2025: A great experience; a stone's throw from the Giovinazzo seafront you can stop in this winery/restaurant which offers various choices including 3 tasting menus, a complete menu and appetizers including fried foods and burgers. Elegant and welcoming environment, furnished in a contemporary style. Excellent food: well-processed raw materials and modern plating. Traditional recipes that keep the seasonal and typical ingredients of the area intact, but with creative combinations. Punctual and discreet service. The SoFish tasting menu (€50/person) included a hot and a cold starter, a first course, a second course with side dish and dessert. Drinks excluded. I have to thank them publicly because they met all my dietary needs without any problems, indeed with care and attention, even varying the accompanying ingredients of some courses without any problem and with a smile. Definitely catering professionals...an experience to be repeated and given recommend both for a romantic dinner and for a trip out of town in Giovinazzo! P.s. they also gave us a tasting of 2 desserts in addition😊...a very welcome treat.

30/10/2024: Very nice! We were lucky enough to be seated at the window facing the port. Excellent time spent drinking local wine with a good antipasto and good music. We'll come back!
