Great pizzas, very kind staff and the prices are what you should expect from a pizza in Italy, meaning it is quite cheap The atmosphere is pleasant and the space is very big. But do have a reservation if you intend on going after 21:00 Would recommend to anyone

We were there on a Tuesday evening. We had a lovely outdoor seating area and enjoyed the fact that there was no music. The pizza was fantastic, the crust crispy but not dry.

Excellent service and delicious food. We were treated very well even though we didn't speak Italian. Highly recommended, the pizza was incredible!

Very beautiful location both inside and in the characteristic streets outside, what can I say about the food, nothing you just have to go there, it's an experience.

Non era la nostra prima volta alla Premiata Pizzeria di Putignano, e anche questa volta non ha deluso le aspettative. Abbiamo scelto il locale per una cena di famiglia e, come sempre, siamo stati benissimo. L’ambiente è accogliente e caratteristico, con le sue volte in pietra che creano un’atmosfera calda e intima e uno spazio esterno nel cuore del centro storico molto suggestivo. Il servizio è cortese e puntuale. La pizza è davvero eccellente, con un’ampia scelta di impasti alternativi e ingredienti di qualità. Un punto di forza è sicuramente l’attenzione verso le intolleranze: il senza glutine è ottimo, ben fatto, digeribile e praticamente indistinguibile dagli impasti tradizionali — un aspetto che non si trova ovunque e che merita di essere sottolineato. La qualità resta costante nel tempo, e ogni volta troviamo nuove proposte interessanti nel menù, tra pizze stagionali e abbinamenti originali. In conclusione, La Premiata è una garanzia: una pizzeria dove si torna sempre volentieri, certi di trovare gusto, attenzione e qualità.

Ottima pizza per tutti i gusti. Dalla pizza più semplice a quella più gourmet con ingredienti di altissima qualità. Impasto friabile e cornicione classico, buono il pomodoro e la cottura. Location molto carina lungo i vicoli di Putignano.
