Wide choice of pizzas and doughs. We ate very well and the waiters suggested the right dough for the chosen pizza. Too bad the hour and a half wait.

Ottima pizza con ingredienti di altissima qualità e un impasto che difficilmente si trova in altri posti.. che dire la puglia nella e sulla pizza.. ottimi anche gli antipasti e il sevizio attento e preciso.. consigliatissima tappa nella bella Putignano … bravi 👏

First time in Putignano.. we were looking for a place to have dinner, we went blindly, we found a truly fabulous place, excellent food choice, excellent service and the kindness of the staff was truly unparalleled... I recommend it 👍🏼

OTTIMA pizza, ed antipasti . Pizza al carpaccio di salmone con scarola. Impasto digeribilissimo. Fiori di zucca con ricotta e menta, polpette al sugo con farinata, caciocavallo alla brace con pomodorini. SUBLIME il servizio SUPER cortesia del proprietario. SICURAMENTE ci torneremo!!!

Excellent pizzeria. The restaurant is housed in the large cellars of an ancient building in the beautiful historic center of Putignano. Very welcoming. There is a wide choice of pizzas with attention to the search for new formulations but always with the highest quality of ingredients. Often, off-menu, interesting and, at times, imaginative proposals. Various doughs to choose from. Excellent choice of beers. Various and tasty appetizers. Kind and knowledgeable staff. The account is in the current average.

30/11/2024: If you are looking for an excellent culinary experience in Torre a Mare (BA), I can only recommend the Meltemi restaurant. The freshness of the ingredients is in the foreground: the swordfish carpaccio and the tuna tartare were an absolute delight. Among the first courses, the linguine with mussels and orange clams stand out, an explosion of refined flavours, and the spaghetti with red prawns, which I would define as simply sublime. Special praise also goes to the service: courteous, attentive and always available staff. A restaurant that best represents the hospitality and quality of Apulian cuisine. Absolutely worth trying!

10/12/2024: I was there on Sunday, invited for lunch. Excellent service, specializing in fish. Not eating fish, they offered me more alternatives both as first and second courses
07/12/2024: I ate here in this wonderful restaurant, nothing short of fantastic! We were a family, 5 of us including a dog... treated very well... and we thank you again for the treatment we received! The dishes were delicious, the first courses of excellent quality, raw fish, very fresh, super satisfied! A special thanks to Mr. Bartolomeo, super helpful, friendly, he was adored from the first moment. We add another thank you to Omar, who satisfied us 100% in our needs. Respectful, polite and not missing anything at the table. We will return because from today it is among our favorite restaurants! 🥰
