The memory was of years and years ago at the old location... where the pizza was always "award-winning"... Yesterday we managed to make a reservation and finally savored the tastes and flavors we'd already tried and so pleasantly rediscovered yesterday. Aside from compliments on the charming layout... the historic center of Putignano is beautiful... we ate and drank... pampered by the kind waiters, and I can say it was a pleasure for the palate and the eyes... the quality and authenticity of the ingredients really shines through... Saying goodbye to Valerio, our very discreet host... we promised ourselves we'd return as soon as possible. Highly recommended, I don't think it needs saying... but the advice to avoid ordering too many appetizers before the "award-winning" meal is...

The quality of the appetizers and pizzas is truly sublime, with soft dough and a rich selection of gourmet pizzas. The only negative note is the prices, which are higher than average.

We've been customers for years, and tonight we were guests at the new restaurant in the historic center. It's a beautiful, refined place, with excellent service and excellent pizza made with a special dough made with sourdough and sea water. Congratulations, guys! You've managed to surprise even our old customers with your new creations. Oh... I forgot.... The beer is one of the best I've ever had! Congratulations!!!

Housed in an ancient and spacious stone building in the historic center, Premiata Pizzeria has stood out for years for both the quality of its products and its service. Although the restaurant is below street level (the only thing that could penalize the structure), its entrance overlooks one of the most beautiful corners of the old town, well-kept, full of plants, and well-lit. The variety of pizzas is very wide and satisfying: excellent quality ingredients and expertly prepared dough. The service is also commendable. I managed to get a table for two on a Friday evening even without a reservation. The staff was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. The only downside: when the place is crowded, communication is difficult due to the buzz. In any case, highly recommended.

I ordered an excellent vegan pizza, loaded with seasonal vegetables and truly flavorful, which is not at all a given. The same can be said for the vegan confetti I ate at the end of the meal. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. My compliments, truly.

A gem in the historic center of Putignano. The smell of perfectly cooked tomatoes and good ingredients already lingers as soon as you enter. Welcoming staff and a beautiful location. The pizza is more than excellent: thick and tasty, thin in the center, which, with good ingredients, becomes spectacular.

A fully equipped pizza restaurant. Even a market where you can buy locally sourced products. Here you'll find the best gourmet pizzas. From the classic Margherita to the 24-karat gold pizza. Yeah, even the (food) gold on the pizza, which bumps the price up to €69... The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the various toppings, except for the cooking time for the donkey chops. A wonderful experience and a truly intriguing location. Congratulations

The location is inviting, as are the menu items and the presentation (well-deserved praise). The refined decor invites you to sit down, whether with your significant other or a group of friends. A rich menu, knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff, and top-quality ingredients. The desserts are accompanied by chocolates and confetti (the best, those from Andria). A place to return to with great pleasure.
