It is certainly among the best butcheries I have ever tried. The food is delicious and of high quality. The only negative note is on the experience in general. If you go in a group, the sandwiches or wraps are served all together in a bowl. We ate without a plate and without napkins. When we asked for cutlery to eat the baked potatoes with melted caciocavallo and ciaiuscolo (really excellent), we were given wooden toothpicks. Everything you need you have to ask for and not knowing it left us a little taken aback. The "spindle" sandwich is too small, I don't recommend taking it. However, I think the puccia is better, as it can be seasoned as per the menu.

The best place in Bari, the owner Franchesko is amazing and friendly. He take care for every customer to feel the magic of italian cuisine !!!
