I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Mr. Francesco, and his wife, and found them to be highly professional and passionate about their work. A cosy and artistic place with great, tasty traditional cuisine. The service is very good as well. I recommend the plate with traditional meat and cheese from Puglia and the green salad with ham, walnuts, straciatella cheese and cherry tomatoes. Looking forward to visit Bari again and go to this place. 😍

The norcineria is a great place to enjoy platters of top-quality cured meats and cheeses. I also tried the bombette martinesi and I can say they were excellent.

08/03/2026: What a lovely discovery!! Super cute place with friendly and helpful staff, and quick to take orders. There's even a seating area at the entrance where you can sit while waiting for your table!! The food was varied and really tasty!! We'll definitely be back.
