Let’s talk about the review first. I highly recommend dining here. The environment, food and wine are irreplaceable. We had dinner here, a restaurant that locals love to eat at, and ordered a red wine, which had a dry taste and rich layers. The wine list is more extensive than the menu, giving it a bistro feel. As for meals, I ordered a smoked fish platter. The fish had an emulsified texture, which was very charming. Mixing it with a little sesame leaves enhanced the overall quality. The fried seafood platter is not just fried in oil. The doneness and freshness of each seafood are maintained very well. This cooking method is rarely seen in Taiwan, so it is worth a try. Finally, I recommend everyone to come and try it. You will definitely be hooked.
