The owner promptly took action to resolve the problem, demonstrating great availability and professionalism. ---‐------- Today I booked with Just Eat, and due to technical problems, rather than delivery with rider, "collection at the venue" was selected. I called the place to get assistance with the order since I was unable to collect it, asking if they could block the order for a moment just enough time to put me in communication with Just Eat to modify it and they responded rudely telling me not to call them and to contact Just Eat. Result: I contacted Just Eat and while I was on the phone they completed the order without giving me the opportunity to modify it, consequently I lost the order. Thanks for the terrible experience.

By now I've lost count of how many orders I've placed, I love the products of Premiata Cremeria from brioche with ice cream (one of the best ice creams I've ever eaten in my life) to Sicilian specialties and single-portion desserts. Congratulations to the owner!

The ice cream is truly amazing, I wanted to try every single one of their flavors! The only flaw is the environment, behind the cash register there was a huge stain of mold on the wall, I understand that it is due to the air conditioning being located under the air conditioner, but it was really big. But I still highly recommend it because for the ice cream you go beyond all this.

Very good ice cream, various flavors both classic and unusual to be found for example "Rafaello" flavour, typical crunchy white chocolate. Quiet and friendly staff, prices are normal

Ice cream cakes, mousse, cannoli, Sicilian brioches, pasticciotti and delicious ice creams!!! Very kind, polite, smiling staff, it's always a pleasure to return to this ice cream shop. Highly recommended! :)

Excellent ice cream, very good attention from the employees, especially one of them who speaks Spanish, and when asked about particular flavors, he not only explained, but also let us try so we could choose. We tried different flavors on several occasions, none of them disappointed.

Really excellent ice cream shop both for the ice creams and above all for the typical Sicilian products including the CASSATINA, with the marzipan part not at all cloying but quite balanced, and above all the CANNOLI WITH RICOTTA, with the fragrant wafer and cooked to perfection. Even the ice creams really aren't bad, especially the PISTACHIO. Very kind staff and honest prices.
