A restaurant in the center of Alghero that deserves to be discovered.
The cuisine is excellent, everything is superbly mastered, and the dishes are meticulously crafted to complement your discovery of Sardinian gastronomy. You'll find local products, typical Sardinian recipes, and local wines.
But what would this cuisine be without the exceptional service provided by Fabio and Stefano? Fabio and Stefano are unrivaled in their kindness, guiding you throughout the entire meal with a smile and offering recommendations that will make your meal a wonderful culinary memory. What's more, communication was even easier as they are fluent in English and French.
We will definitely return during our next stays in Alghero.
A little tip: don't hesitate to reserve a table, especially during high season.

I loved this place. For its beauty and elegance, for the kindness and welcome received, and for the food. Not everyone pays attention to the product being served and I must say that here I found some attention, a simply fantastic cheese platter, products chosen by a specific breeder and producer, we were shown the brochure of the products themselves and what the animals eat in the pasture. A very welcome detail. Their very good paella, delicate but tasty, made with red prawns, not the usual Argentine commercial prawn. We will come back for sure.
