Stunning place on the top of the towers.
For what it costs, the food is without infamy or glory. I had some very bland fusilloni with Chianina ragù and a pork roll with mortadella and vegetables, ingredients that were not very fresh in flavor in my opinion. The tiramisu on the other hand was excellent: balanced and velvety.

Bellissimo ristorante situato sui torrioni della porta nuova di colle val d’elsa, a due passi dall’hotel san Lorenzo.
Cucina rivisitata e moderna unita ad un’ottima atmosfera. La sera della nostra visita era anche presente una chitarra di sottofondo, che creava atmosfera e per nulla invasiva.
Conto in 2 con 1 antipasto da dividere 1 primo ed un secondo, 1 dessert, calice di vino ed acqua 54€.
Ps. Controllate the fork per le offerte 😉 noi avevamo il 20% di sconto.

On the top of the city building, the location is good and you can see the scenery. The atmosphere is very good. You need to book in advance. I ordered the truffle steak, but it didn't seem to have any truffle flavor. The portion was a bit small. It took two courses to feel full...The clerk was very friendly

Good food with some interesting/creative ideas. Portions not large, prices quite high, beautiful historical location because it is one of the medieval gates/fortress of the city but not suitable for people with physical disabilities (no lift). My table companions appreciated the place, while I didn't find the true mood of Tuscan cuisine there.

Beautiful and elegant location both in the internal and external spaces, we had dinner on the bastion and it was very suggestive and romantic. Kind service, refined and refined dishes, large wine cellar.
