Grande e buon panino di maiale. Propongono un panino base al costo di 10 euro. Si possono aggiungere, a pagamento, varie salse e verdure. Possibilità di acquistare bevande e patatine fritte. A distanza di una vetrina dal negozio c'è un locale dove potersi sedere. Servizio veloce e cordiale.

Gli amanti della carne di qualità trovano al Porcobrado Milano un vero paradiso. Il porcobrado è cotto lentamente secondo la tradizione toscana, ed è succoso, tenero e ricco di sapore. Gli elementi che rendono il locale unico sono l’atmosfera accogliente e il personale cortese, mentre anche la filosofia etica e sostenibile gioca un ruolo importante. Ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. È la scelta perfetta per un’esperienza gastronomica speciale a Milano. Inoltre tutti i panini sono disponibili senza glutine! Da provare senz’altro

The Porcobrado Restaurant was a culinary revelation! I had the pleasure of tasting their sandwiches prepared with pork, and I must say that they were a real riot of flavors and memories. Every bite reminded me of the times of my youth, when simplicity and authenticity of flavors were the protagonists. The pork was very tender and tasty, the bread was fresh and fragrant, and the seasoning combinations were simply perfect. The staff was courteous and professional, the environment welcoming and familiar. Without a doubt, the Porcobrado Restaurant has become my point of reference for quality sandwiches. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an authentic and unforgettable dining experience!

Food Very good sandwich, I had an encore, too bad that for a Saturday evening there were a few ingredients missing such as porchetta, some sauces that were on the menu, some types of beer were missing from the list, we waited a long time for the chips ordered before the sandwiches arrive after the sandwiches. All in all though, a good dinner.

16/12/2024: A place to go for lunch, come back for dinner and the next day again. Wines selected with care and passion, never without knowing their origin, the history of the cellar and the territory. Nico and Daniela are two sommeliers who will convey to you the enthusiasm of finding quality wines, far from the usual inflated labels. The cuisine is of the highest quality. Completely curated by Nico who offers top quality cured meats, cheeses and vegetables with a surprising taste. The menu changes often with new dishes (first and second courses revisited) that will make you fall in love with the taste and experience of pairing a simple plate of pasta with an amazing glass of wine, not at all banal. Then the great classics such as the indescribable savory babà, the casatiello according to Nico, the parmigiana and a thousand other delights that you will discover on the menu or on the board of the day. The welcome and kindness, always with a smile, of Nico and Daniela complete the fantastic environment of this out of the ordinary wine shop. Unmissable!
