Sempre ottimo oramai una tappa fissa quando andiamo in Assisi. Panino con la porchetta semplicemente ottimo e a buon mercato rispetto ad altri del luogo.

It's not the first time that while passing through Assisi I've stopped to eat at Fabio's. It's a routine that's been happening for 10 years now. Absolutely delicious porchetta sandwich. Top quality products. Very competitive raw material and the porchetta is the best in all of Assisi and the surrounding area. The raw sandwich is also very good.

10/05/2025: I didn't know the place. We chose bruschetta, simple but tasty; truly delicious and delicate chickpea hummus; deviled eggs with agretti, a very successful combination; finally, baked courgette flowers with ricotta and cherry tomatoes, a pleasant and fresh dish. We were very satisfied. The open kitchen is beautiful.
04/05/2025: I brought some friends last night and we were undecided between dinner and an aperitif... the very kind waiter, as well as his colleagues, gave us a hand in choosing starting from the aperitif as a base and then letting us move on to dishes that had intrigued us. We were on the little square....a bit of a slope, but the waiter still made sure we were comfortable. House wine, Trebbiano, very pleasant. Quality food and a lot of balance in the dishes. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

25/12/2024: Se avrete occasione di visitare Città di Castello durante le festività, regalatevi un momento di vero piacere per il palato e trovate il tempo per una sosta in questo tempio del gusto. Noi ci siamo stati un anno fa e, tornati nel tifernate, non abbiamo voluto privarci di gustare nuovamente le delizie di questo locale. Consiglio il loro antipasto, poi io mi sono regalato le pappardelle all'anatra. Ottime anche altre proposte. Il personale, garbato e preparato saprà sicuramente guidarvi in un itinerario del gusto da ricordare.
01/11/2024: Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante dopo aver visto le recensioni ed il consiglio dell’albergatore dove eravamo. Arrivati siamo stati accolti con cortesia e professionalità, dal menu abbiamo subito riscontrato una buona impostazione dei piatti sia per assortimento che per tipicità. Gli antipasti sono stati centrati sia con i crostini di fegatini e la pappa al pomodoro salumi e formaggi. Il primo strozzapreti con fonduta e porcini ottima davvero mentre il secondo di agnello era un po’ troppo cotto e quindi asciutto. Per finire buonissimi i cantuccini . Rapporto qualità prezzo certamente ottimo .
