We hadn't even looked for a place to eat porchetta; we were just a little hungry and stumbled upon it completely by chance. I'm not even a fan because it's often dry, with dry or rubbery rind, or even too tough to eat: this one is heavenly. If I lived here, I'd definitely become a regular. Just the right amount of moist, flavorful, with a crispy rind that melts in your mouth. The prosciutto in the other sandwich is also excellent; it's hard to find one of this quality.

The porchetta di Ariccia offered here is the result of a process respectful of the Lazio pork butcher's tradition, using the whole pig, showcasing every part of it. The sandwich harmoniously combines the fragrant crust, juicy belly, and tender loin, offering a complete and consistent bite. We stopped for a sandwich and I have to tell you the truth, one of the best porchetta you can find in Ariccia 😍 it melts in your mouth and the price is very fair. Plus, if you want to take it with you, they'll even vacuum-pack it for you.
