A gem in the alleys of Carloforte. The waiters are extremely kind and knowledgeable, and the cuisine is simple but made with excellent ingredients. I'll be back to try the pizzas, which were worth a try for their aroma and appearance. Highly recommended.

We spent 12 days on vacation and dined here four times. The first courses and fish are excellent, but the gourmet pizzas with Carloforte's famous and delicious tuna are definitely worth trying. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

CARLOFORTE has an irresistible charm and is full of restaurants, bars, pizzerias, and trattorias where you can eat a bit of everything, and the cuisine almost always focuses on their famous tuna. Here too, at the beautiful Bistrot di Pomata, we were able to taste and appreciate it, as well as a delicious gourmet pizza that we paired with a delicious Sardinian white wine, Renosu di Dettori. Excellent value for money. It's always very busy in the summer. Reservations are recommended.

There was a bit of a wait due to the place being packed; the staff were super busy but kind and professional.
The food was really good and not ordinary.

Premetto che non mangio pesce. Ho prenotato qui perché mio marito potesse gustare i famosi piatti di tonno di Carloforte, pensando di dovermi accontentare di una pizza. Invece (sorpresa!) fuori menù c’era il porcetto più buono che io abbia mai mangiato in tanti anni di Sardegna. Ovviamente anche il resto della cena è stato top, compresa la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale. La location bellissima ha completato il tutto.
