It was a great experience - We went to have dinner and chose the "a la carte" option. Everything was super tasty, everything vegan/veggie and the work and professionalism they put in the service and dishes can be seen
Everything we had was really nice and I can't wait to come back and try more options
They also give you a small entry dish as well as olive oil and bread to start - amazing
All in all, the price was also quite alright for the experience and quality

I had dinner at their restaurant. The view when you arrive is stupendous, the place is immersed in tranquility. Even from the restaurant room you enjoy an excellent view thanks to the large windows. The restaurant is tastefully furnished and the atmosphere is peaceful during dinner. What we ate was delicious, the creamed mushroom risotto was my favorite dish, one of the best risottos I've ever eaten. The portions are just right. Adequate waiting times and very friendly wait staff. The sommelier was a really friendly gentleman, he explained to us well what wine we were drinking (they produce it) and the production methods they use. We had a wonderful evening, we will be back.

I sincerely thank the Locatelli family and the entire Polisena team for their welcome.
I spent a holiday on a farm and it was simply perfect!
I loved the reading area of the room, with windows, with a magnificent view of the valley.
The SPA, for private use, is a pampering for the body and the spirit.
Ethical cuisine is sought after: you eat healthy and with taste!
I really appreciated Polisena's vision, style and philosophy.
Congratulations to everyone and thanks again!

Small romantic oasis in a quiet location with a beautiful view!!! Exceptional veg food as well as the wine selection. Kind and attentive staff, special praise to the friendly Serena :) The only flaw is the somewhat "bare" spa and the outdoor hydromassage tub which is in a passageway position and therefore not very intimate. Overall a relaxing and unforgettable stay, perfect for an escape from the city. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

We spent New Year's Eve at the Polisena farmhouse, spending a truly special evening! Starting from the staff, kind, attentive and always available, to the welcoming atmosphere that feels like home, but at the same time elegant and refined; the dishes were exquisite, flavors that balanced each other perfectly, confirmation of the fact that the future is VEG!
Top organization of the evening, we couldn't have chosen a better place.

The place is really lovely, both the outside and the inside. The visit to the vineyards with a wine tasting tour was a wonderful experience, Romildo was truly excellent. The wines (of their own production) each better than the other and the appetizers that accompany them are sublime. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back!

I was there this evening for a special occasion and what can I say, the internal location, service and menu were all truly fabulous, shame about the lack of external lighting which in my opinion would make everything even more special

I would like to point out that my review is about the restaurant, not the stay. The location is very suggestive, the restaurant is large, but intimate, quiet with distant tables, and very clean. Dinner was excellent, it is a vegetarian restaurant, and each dish is a discovery, the raw materials are very fresh and seasonal, the dishes are well presented and tasty. The wine list, interesting. The excellent price. The service, perfect.

Cena di compleanno con menu alla carta e vini in abbinamento. Un’esplosione di sapori unica, molto apprezzati l’entrée di benvenuto e l’assaggio di olio. Persino il pane fatto in casa era delizioso. Vini così buoni che li abbiamo anche acquistati da portare a casa. Un posto in cui si lascia il cuore.

La posizione è incantevole, isolata, alta sulla valle di San Martino. Siamo saliti quassù in un giorno di metà dicembre e ci siamo trovati circondati dalle nuvole basse.
Dalle ampie vetrate non si vedeva oltre una decina di metri di distanza e tuttavia l'atmosfera era molto suggestiva. A un certo punto una mezza dozzina di pecore è giunta nel prato sotto di noi a pascolare beatamente.
Il ristorante prepara solo cibi rigorosamente vegetariani, ma il risultato sono pietanze straordinariamente saporite e gradevoli.
Dopo un simpatico piattino di benvenuto, ci è stata portata della soffice focaccia appena preparata, che abbiamo gustato intingendola nell'olio prodotto nell'agriturismo stesso.
Abbiamo mangiato un primo e un secondo ciascuno: gustosissimi e anche belli da vedere davanti a sé.
I piatti che abbiamo scelto - e che abbiamo doverosamente fotografato - erano, come primi, del riso Carnaroli della Riserva San Massimo mantecato alla zucca, cavolo rapa, crema di anacardi e passito Tosca e degli gnocchetti di patate novelle, ragù di funghi shiitake e olio all’aglio orsino.
I secondi sono stati gli involtini di cavolo cappuccio, miglio e fagiolone di Vallepietra, serviti con pomodoro Polisena e millefoglie di patate di Somasca, e una selezione di formaggi stagionati di pregio, prodotti esclusivamente su montagne e pascoli orobici, con composta di zucca e miele di acacia di produzione propria.
Anche il vino era rigorosamente a km. zero e di gran pregio. Che dire del servizio: assolutamente impeccabile. Per finire, il conto era adeguato alla qualità dell'offerta.
Un'esperienza assolutamente sontuosa, a dimostrazione di come la cucina vegetariana e naturale possa riservare piaceri inaspettati.
