La posizione è incantevole, isolata, alta sulla valle di San Martino. Siamo saliti quassù in un giorno di metà dicembre e ci siamo trovati circondati dalle nuvole basse.
Dalle ampie vetrate non si vedeva oltre una decina di metri di distanza e tuttavia l'atmosfera era molto suggestiva. A un certo punto una mezza dozzina di pecore è giunta nel prato sotto di noi a pascolare beatamente.
Il ristorante prepara solo cibi rigorosamente vegetariani, ma il risultato sono pietanze straordinariamente saporite e gradevoli.
Dopo un simpatico piattino di benvenuto, ci è stata portata della soffice focaccia appena preparata, che abbiamo gustato intingendola nell'olio prodotto nell'agriturismo stesso.
Abbiamo mangiato un primo e un secondo ciascuno: gustosissimi e anche belli da vedere davanti a sé.
I piatti che abbiamo scelto - e che abbiamo doverosamente fotografato - erano, come primi, del riso Carnaroli della Riserva San Massimo mantecato alla zucca, cavolo rapa, crema di anacardi e passito Tosca e degli gnocchetti di patate novelle, ragù di funghi shiitake e olio all’aglio orsino.
I secondi sono stati gli involtini di cavolo cappuccio, miglio e fagiolone di Vallepietra, serviti con pomodoro Polisena e millefoglie di patate di Somasca, e una selezione di formaggi stagionati di pregio, prodotti esclusivamente su montagne e pascoli orobici, con composta di zucca e miele di acacia di produzione propria.
Anche il vino era rigorosamente a km. zero e di gran pregio. Che dire del servizio: assolutamente impeccabile. Per finire, il conto era adeguato alla qualità dell'offerta.
Un'esperienza assolutamente sontuosa, a dimostrazione di come la cucina vegetariana e naturale possa riservare piaceri inaspettati.

First experience at a vegetable restaurant, and what can I say, excellent!
Very suggestive location, on top of a hill overlooking the vineyard.
We had lunch outside on the veranda given the day, however the inside is very beautiful and characteristic.
Given the very varied proposal, we chose to try a tasting menu including entrée, starter, two first courses, one second course and dessert (€54 per person) with the pairing of two glasses of wine (€10 per person).
We finished our lunch full and pleasantly surprised!
We will definitely be back!

Abbiamo scelto questa location appositamente per la proposta vegana, la quale ha assolutamente confermato in positivo le nostre aspettative. Piatti leggeri ed al contempo gustoso e raffinati, ottimi al palato. Si intuisce la ricercatezza di una ottima materia prima, cosa che incontra le nostre preferenze alimentari nella vita quotidiana. La proposta dello chef dimostra egregiamente che mangiare vegano non significa affatto rinunciare al gusto. La location offre un bel panorama sulle valli bergamasche e, dopo le 13:30, una piacevole aria che attenua la calura che si percepisce fuori veranda. Assolutamente consigliato!

We took advantage of the veg retreat package, which included a night's stay in a room with a private spa, a veg tasting dinner and breakfast.
Expectations were largely exceeded. The room is impeccable, it feels like an apartment given the enormous spaces, the view is panoramic over the vineyards, the fact of having two bathrooms is very convenient. The comfortable bed (perhaps I would level a criticism at the pillows) too thin and soft and therefore not comfortable. What can I say about dinner, the dishes were all vegetable, prepared with seasonal ingredients and worked impeccably by the chef, not the usual dishes, here there was a very specific identity, everything was impeccable from the entrée to the dessert. Perhaps the wine produced by their classic method was overpriced for its characteristics, but still a good wine. However, for breakfast I appreciated the fact that you could choose what to eat, both sweet and savory, their eggs were excellent, the yogurt was excellent, the juice extracts were excellent, and the porridge was excellent, perhaps I would see the pancakes again, which we didn't like. Even though when we stayed overnight there was a wedding in progress, they reserved a table for us in the internal room, very private and romantic with a panoramic view, we will definitely return to dine in the open space, even more evocative.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in.
The quality of the food is on another level, from the dinners at the restaurant to the breakfast everything was fantastic. The locally produced wine and honey was eye-opening.

Together with a couple of friends we participated in the convivial lunch organized in April by the structure.
It was a pleasant experience of tasting excellent dishes, all purely vegetable-based, accompanied by bread and local drinks.
Good value for money, the proposed initiative was also evaluated.
We expected to be at a single table with different diners, given the proposed theme, but since we were already at a table of 4 we were in a place reserved just for us, but the experience was still worth it.
The view is very beautiful, the rooms are very well kept and tasteful, despite the modern touch they still make you feel the atmosphere of the farmhouse surrounded by peace and nature.
The only thing I would recommend, without criticism or judgement, is a little more hospitality/warmth, although obviously there was absolutely no lack of kindness!
Overall it was a really nice Sunday, everything was very nice and good!

We were very well received by the family that owns this establishment. The rooms are spacious and warm, the panoramic view of Bergamo and the mountains is magnificent. The Agriturismo is surrounded by vineyards whose production you can taste in the restaurant. The dishes offered at the restaurant are delicious and made from fresh, local products. I particularly recommend the ravioli, a delight!
