I really recommend Polisena. 😊We were made feel special: Marco (farmer and somellier) is super kind and gives nice tips for visiting the area. And the waiters Serena and Serena are so welcoming and nice (yes, there’s 2 Serenas) We really loved being here.

An incredible place run by a very helpful family who pays attention to the needs of each guest. They offer high-quality vegetarian cuisine. Definitely worth a try.

Two weeks ago, we were invited to a wedding at this beautiful farmhouse with a breathtaking view of the valley. I'll start by saying that I'm neither vegetarian nor vegan, but I was pleasantly surprised by every dish—refined and anything but predictable. Highly recommended.

I ate quite well, but the portions were paltry: three tiny rolls cost €21 for a main course. The only negative I found was the service. They took my entrée away, saying "You're done," and without a moment to respond, they shoved it away with mayonnaise in it. I had to ask for bread three times before it arrived, and it took forever between the first and second courses. They forgot the bitter taste. I didn't like the dessert. The tagliatelle were good. Overall, with all the spices, they could have added more flavor to the dishes. I personally wouldn't return because I left hungry. Perhaps this type of cuisine satisfies women who prefer the location and minimalism on the plate.

I went for dinner at a farmhouse, the service was excellent and the dishes were served with careful descriptions by the staff.

Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 out of 10 Let me start by saying: I'm not vegan, but I deeply love the quality of raw materials, especially when it comes to excellent organic and biodynamic products. Polisena is a restaurant that undoubtedly deserves the highest rating: 10 out of 10. From the refined and welcoming location, to the top-notch cuisine, to the professionalism and kindness of the staff, everything was perfect, from the entrée to the dessert. And I must focus on the dessert: I don't like overly sweet desserts, but the pudding with almond milk, raspberries, and chocolate chips was superb. A delicate, balanced, and surprising creation. The soy goulash was also extraordinary: soft, with a harmonious flavor, and every bit as good as the traditional meat-based version. I've visited many Michelin-starred restaurants, but I must say that Polisena manages to surpass them in the long run, thanks to the skill of the chefs and their team, the true jewel in the crown. Also not to be missed is the selection of organic wines, perfect to accompany every dish. Sincere compliments to the owners and all the staff: a gastronomic experience that will remain in your heart.

Polisena is an incredible place immersed in the nature of the Bergamo area but it outdid itself on the occasion of our wedding. Exceptional food, impeccable service and a dream location. All the guests complimented us on the quality of the menu that surprised everyone in a positive way. The menu was completely vegan but not all the guests were and despite this everything was truly appreciated. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the atmosphere created was truly magical. A heartfelt thank you for making everything perfect! A special mention to Debora who followed us during the previous months and during the day giving us the time to make this day even more incredible!

Cold welcome. I liked the food, but I would have liked larger portions, given that it presents itself as a farmhouse. Overall I liked the location, but in my opinion it should be enhanced.

Posto tranquillo e molto bello immerso nel verde. Cibo di altissima qualità con scelte 100% vegetali. Apprezzata moltissimo la scelta di creare una postazione per i bimbi con un cesto pieno di giochi. Lo consiglio!
