I find myself studying in CityLife inside the shopping center, both for lunch and for a snack I rely on the small spot on the upper floor of pokehouse, being a big fan. At lunch I order with a friend of mine and ask to go second because I wanted him to help me compose the poke (a few days before I had tasted one from him that I wanted to replicate). No queue. Me and my friend. Two visibly uninterested employees. I ask to wait for my friend to finish placing the order to advise me, response "you can also add the ingredients yourself" with a smile plastered on my face. Shift change, but it doesn't change the story. I ask for an Acai bowl, the moment I introduce myself it already seemed like I was about to ask to go and collect the fresh ingredients, but okay. I ask for my chosen bowl because it has coconut, while I'm leaving I notice the lack of coconut. I come back and ask why, always a pissed off answer telling me that it wasn't there and that I couldn't do anything about it. I politely ask if I can put something else in it, since it's a good price anyway. A dry answer "I have nothing to put in you". Almost begging her to add an ingredient I manage to get a miserable dose of nut butter thrown away with arrogance. My reflection is therefore the following; I understand that it's Sunday, I understand that it's stressful to work in a crowded place, but treating customers with rude words, shrugs if you ask for something and smiles is not nice. Especially because in the same day they made more than one. Overall I can say that the acai bowl is a nice proposal, but in my opinion for 8 euros the doses need to be reviewed. I had a thinly sliced ​​strawberry, two teaspoons of mango and one of granola...
