I give it full marks. I'm here on business and my employer booked this hotel for us. It's really well located and easily accessible in the evenings, with other restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The bed is particularly comfortable. The room is incredibly clean and the hotel staff is always attentive and makes sure everyone is happy. I've never experienced such attentive service before.

When we needed to change rooms, the staff handled our request seamlessly and made everything easy and stress-free. During our stay, Auran, Hanane, and Alina were outstanding, helping with breakfast and room service and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their attention to detail was remarkable — remembering small things, communicating clearly, and anticipating our needs. The front desk staff were also amazing, professional, and friendly, even if we can’t remember all their names. The hotel also has a great location, with a bus stop about a five-minute walk away that takes you directly into Venice, making it very convenient to explore the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with top-tier service, helpful staff, and a convenient location.
