I spent just one night at the hotel and found it to be wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with such kindness and professionalism. At reception, they explained everything in detail about the hotel and how to get to Venice. I must say that my stars for the location are because it's far from the center of Mestre, but it's true that the bus is a 1-minute walk away and the train is a little longer, so connections to Venice are very good. The rooms are fine, the bed comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast is plentiful, and the staff is the best. I would like to congratulate them on their attention, kindness, and friendliness.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Mestre. The room is rather small, but clean with a comfortable bed. Reception in normal mode. Italian breakfast

A nice hotel, very clean and a great staff. Located away from the tourist spots. It did have one of the best bartenders ever.

The location is further out than expected. You’re going to have to spend more money in a Taxi than needed. Recommend staying closer to Venice if this is your main point in going. The staff were extremely friendly and the room size was great for our family. I just don’t know what’s going on with their showers. The bottom of the tubs are dirty looking and the edges are filled with visible mold. I’m picky about bathrooms and expect them to be maintained in Marriott level hotels. Other than this issue, the hotel was great. The breakfast has a wide variety of options to choose from. Meats, salad bar, yogurt and fruits, pastry table, bread table, fresh made bacon & eggs, etc.

This is a nice modern hotel with a friendly staff. The room was good enough but the Deluxe room was small. The staff was very helpful. My complaint about this hotel is that it’s a little dirty. There are stains on the lobby carpets and a big rip in the lobby seats. These are not huge issues but unacceptable for a Marriott. The location is also a bit weird. The hotel is surrounded by big box retail stores. Garden centers and the like. But there is a very nice mall within 10 minutes that has everything you might need. The city center is maybe 10 minutes by cab. And the tram to old city of Venice is 20 minutes and $45 euro by cab. We would stay in Venice to visit Venice. We were passing through to catch a cruise ship and this hotel was fine.

Alright, do I think this is a 4-star hotel? No. The service is fantastic however. The front desk staff are happy to help you with tickets to Venice, bus schedules and more. We were able to check in a few hours early which was very kind of them. This hotel is included in the Venice visitor tax exemption so make sure to fill out that form. The good- Staff Air conditioning Location- near a mall and grocery store The bad- Our room was a little worse for wares to say. Cobweb in the corner of the room, bathtub has dirt/stains and the shower head didn’t stay up by itself. Hot water takes about 5-10 minutes before it warms up. (Learned that after my first cold shower) A staff member did fix the shower head after we asked though. Slight hiccup, housekeeping walked in on us sleeping at 8:50 in the morning… even with the do not disturb light illuminated. There are no deadbolts here so we put luggage in front of our door at night. Walls are thin, so you hear the kids running down the hallway for what it’s worth. TL;DR Great location, friendly and helpful staff but the rooms are in disarray. Location is fantastic with a mall, grocery and awesome Korean restaurant all within 10 min walk. Next time I’ll probably try the IHG branded hotel nearby, they have pretty good reviews. Going to Venice. Front desk sells bus tickets, bus stand is outside about 3 minutes walk. They have bus schedules at the front desk.

We had a wonderful experience and were very pleased with the excellent conditions offered by the hotel. We would like to especially mention Mrs. Alina, who was extremely warm, friendly, and attentive – a true example of professionalism, and she definitely deserves a salary raise! We only had breakfast included, which was very tasty and varied. The location is ideal: close to the train station, which made it easy for us to reach Venice, Padua, and other destinations in the area. There are also shops nearby, which were very convenient for any needs. As a small suggestion for improvement: more attention to the bed linens would be appreciated, and it would have been helpful to have some room slippers, which were missing. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
