The room condition was better than the previous two days, but because there is only one room card per room, and the card needs to be inserted to get electricity, I went to the counter to ask if I could send a mobile key to the Marriott Bonvoy app, but I was immediately rejected and said that group guests cannot use this. Serve. Is this difficult? As a Titanium member I feel very disappointed. (Not to mention that in other hotels in the group, you will still be greeted cordially even if you are in a group) Another point is that the smell of the conditioner is different from the scent I used in other Four Points. It is very pungent and I don't like it. By the way, I happened to be staying at Doubletree the next day, and I have a Hilton Gold Card membership because my credit card is linked. The receptionist found out and served me two welcome drinks. (Should I change jobs?)

Location, meh, 25 min bus to Venice island, but pretty good neighbourhood, a lot of superstores nearby to shop from.
Hotel was great until the moment I stepped into my room, there were cubes of dust on the ground and scratch marks on the wall, everything felt worn out and dated.
Service was great, all the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very nice hotel. Great air conditioning and comfortable rooms. Suggest taking free breakfast in lieu of points. Breakfast has very good food and variety. Free parking is an added bonus.

2 months ago, my Father and I stayed here - it was a very nice hotel, great location, and great food. I don't typically write reviews but there was an employee from this hotel that went above and beyond and I think that deserves a great review. My father and I took public transportation into Venice from this hotel - there was an accident on the highway, which caused us to have to get off of the bus and walk about 15 minutes on side streets to get to the next bus stop. Being from the US we had no idea what was happening and a woman (I cannot remember her name) saw our confusion and explained to us what was happening and made sure we got to where we needed to go. As we were chatting, she mentioned she works for the hotel in the business office (HR maybe?). She was no longer working and still provided fantastic service to us. Then to go above and beyond, because I had mentioned a hiccup in our travel the night before because of possible misinformation on the train schedule the hotel provided. When we returned to our room that evening, there was a very nice note and cookies for us apologizing for our experience with public transportation and hoping that we enjoyed our time in Venice. I was blown away by this gesture by this woman and the hotel. Since she was on her way home when she walked us to the next bus stop, it was clear that she went out of her way, again, to call the hotel to let them know of our situation - and because of that, someone at the hotel made sure the note/cookies were delivered. VERY much appreciated. I would stay here again, for sure!

Excellent hotel in the Venice Mestre neighborhood, Venice, Italy. Everything works, employees organized, polite. Large rooms, very clean, excellent shower and air conditioning, shampoo, hand soap of excellent quality, fast and sufficient elevators to the hotel, good breakfast. The reservation was made by the receptive Europamundo Vacaciones. I highly recommend the hotel and the reception.

Our family recently visited Milan / Venice and stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Mestre when we were in Venice. When I arrived in Venice, I realized that my jacket was left in the apartment we stayed at in Milan. I immediately called the apartment management office but they said I had to arrange my own courier service to deliver it to Venice. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Aneta, one of the reception staff, for her help in arranging the courier service for me. I was very impressed by her patience and kindness with this matter even though it was only a jacket. Without her help I wouldn't have been able to get it in time before we left Italy.
As for the hotel, the rooms were very clean and comfortable but were a bit small. Location was convenient with a mall and supermarket within walking distance. It was also an easy commute from the hotel to the island by bus. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
