We ate there on Saturday evening... A magical atmosphere... Excellent food, fantastic staff, and what can I say about the owners? Two fantastic people who live for this job. We'll be back with many others, and the publicity is guaranteed.

There are places that captivate you immediately, and Podere San Faustino is one of them. Nestled in the quiet countryside of Fidenza, this ancient farmhouse exudes a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The ambiance is refined without being pretentious, and if the weather permits, the outdoor tables offer a truly enchanting setting, and we took advantage of it. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were welcomed and served with kindness and professionalism, as you'd expect in such a place. The girls who served us were beautiful and knowledgeable. Moving on to the food, we started with delicious fried anchovies accompanied by a superb mayonnaise and a very tasty millefeuille of carasau bread, which filled our stomachs in the best possible way. For starters, we tried tagliolini with truffle, which was a special of the day and not always on the menu; they were good, although, let's face it, an extra 20 grams per portion wouldn't have gone amiss. Then came the Angus steak: flavorful and tender, but unfortunately not rare as we'd requested. A small shame, although, let's face it, it's rare to find perfectly cooked meat outside of Tuscany. Regardless, the quality of the meat was very good. The downside, if we really wanted to find one, were the desserts, which didn't wow us as much as the rest of the meal. The wine list isn't extensive, but it still offers a selection of good wines that pair well with the dishes. The bill didn't leave us with a bitter taste: the prices are fair, in line with the quality and atmosphere. In short, a place where you can feel good, eat well, and spend a fair amount. What more could you want from a dinner out? I'd happily return and highly recommend it.

Highly recommended. Don't miss it! We took advantage of a stop on our way up from Parma and stopped for dinner. We couldn't have made a better choice for food and hospitality. The dishes are very carefully crafted, and the Japanese influence is evident, enhancing the flavors of the excellent Italian ingredients. Special mention goes to the pork among the main courses, and the desserts are worth the entire dinner. The only improvement is the bathrooms, just to bring them in line with the rest of the place.

During a long trip, I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant, having first consulted the reviews on Google Maps. Given the high rating, I was reluctant to choose it, but I must say that the experience far exceeded my expectations. The Bib Gourmand recognition, awarded by the Michelin Guide for several consecutive years and visible from the characteristic red plaques displayed outside the restaurant, is absolutely deserved. The location presents itself as a unique and sophisticated atmosphere, recalling the traditions of ancient taverns, revisited with an elegant reinterpretation that makes the dining experience particularly pleasant. As for the gastronomic offerings, it was a decidedly out-of-the-ordinary experience. I started with an eggplant tart—a classic often revisited in various restaurants, even high-end ones—but here it turned out to be the best I've ever tasted. The real highlight, however, was the homemade egg tagliolini with black truffle: an exceptional dish! Despite having ordered this specialty at numerous restaurants, I have never before encountered such extraordinary preparation. A dish that, in my opinion, deserves six stars, even though the highest award is five. The service stands out for its care and attention: professional, friendly, and helpful, contributing to a truly pleasant atmosphere. Considering the nature of the restaurant and the tranquil atmosphere, I would advise against having small children playing and running around the tables, as they can be disruptive and thus compromise the experience of all guests. I highly recommend this restaurant for couples, small groups seeking a quiet and refined atmosphere, or traveling professionals seeking a relaxing moment and good food.

Well-kept place, elegant but not excessive. The service is attentive and present, the owner well-versed in wines. The appetizer of cold cuts and fried pizza are very good, the meat is exceptional! The desserts are also excellent Highly recommended
