Christening lunch. The appetizers were excellent, especially the fried food; golden and crispy. The burrata-filled ravioli with zucchini and (a little) asparagus were also good; the zucchini flowers, which were listed on the menu as ingredients, were completely missing. The veal tagliata was unsatisfactory; in my opinion, it was overcooked and full of sinew; perhaps it was bad luck. The roast potatoes side dish also received a poor rating: dry and flavorless. Overall, it was good. Worth a try. The ambiance, both inside and out, was lovely. The air conditioning was poor in summer. It could be improved for hotter days.

I was there for a 25th wedding anniversary but I go there once or twice a year, the atmosphere is always very beautiful and the food is good, I must try it too, I think the accommodation is nice given the location.

Location che incarna lo spirito del tipico casale della meravigliosa campagna toscana,personale professionale ed eccellente, che ci ha permesso di assaporare piatti tipici della cucina toscana sia a base di pesce che di carne tutti accompagnati da vini tipici della regione sapientemente scelti.Un luogo immerso tra ulivi e piante tipiche della campagna aretina che fanno da sfondo a questo luogo magico.

07/10/2025: The chef is amazing. Between his story, his personality, his passion and skill, we absolutely loved our dinners there and his cooking show. The only drawback is his waitress. Would have been one of our favorite restaurants if she was just a little more focused on her job and customer service.
27/09/2025: Ambrosia was an absolute delight from start to finish. The spinach flan was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made even more special because the chef prepared it right in front of us during a live cooking demonstration. The second course, handmade pici pasta, was outstanding. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and hearing the chef explain how he had prepared the pasta earlier that day just added to the experience. Ambrosia combines authentic Tuscan cuisine with warm hospitality and a personal touch. Highly recommend!

06/09/2025: It's not to be described, but to be tried. Frankly, 5S isn't enough, but it can't be more. The appetizer was a selection of samples, many samples, truly a riot of flavors. The porcini mushroom risotto was sublime, and the meat was fantastic. But I repeat, it's worth trying. Finally, they have a selection of high-end wines.
