Christening lunch. The appetizers were excellent, especially the fried food; golden and crispy. The burrata-filled ravioli with zucchini and (a little) asparagus were also good; the zucchini flowers, which were listed on the menu as ingredients, were completely missing. The veal tagliata was unsatisfactory; in my opinion, it was overcooked and full of sinew; perhaps it was bad luck. The roast potatoes side dish also received a poor rating: dry and flavorless. Overall, it was good. Worth a try. The ambiance, both inside and out, was lovely. The air conditioning was poor in summer. It could be improved for hotter days.

16/10/2025: A restaurant just a minute away from the central piazza serving you a flow of bites that gradually become bigger. The top floor has one communal table that sits 20, while downstairs is a bit more personal. The food is innovative yet local, I suspect the menu comes together for every evening just before the service. The staff is friendly and at the end of the meal it feels like you're living in the town.
06/09/2025: It's not to be described, but to be tried. Frankly, 5S isn't enough, but it can't be more. The appetizer was a selection of samples, many samples, truly a riot of flavors. The porcini mushroom risotto was sublime, and the meat was fantastic. But I repeat, it's worth trying. Finally, they have a selection of high-end wines.
