This alone makes dinner worthwhile.

The chef stands out for his great professionalism and expertise, accompanying the experience with timely and unexpected suggestions. The suggested pairing with an exquisite Lambrusco was particularly successful, perfectly enhancing the dishes and completing the experience with personality and elegance.
