The food here was absolutely delicious. Especially the tagliata! Don’t leave here without trying it. I also loved the romantic vibe and music.

Relaxing and very pleasant dinner, during which together with my family I was able to enjoy the silence and the unique panorama of Tuscany on the terrace of this evocative and elegant farmhouse. Dinner based on exquisite and fabulous dishes, from first course to dessert, accompanied by house wine which is nothing short of fantastic. Mr Fabrizio, owner of the farm, a cultured, affable and pleasant person, contributed to making the evening special. A unique evening.

A great location, very quiet with spacious rooms and small bungalows. In particular, the great cuisine should be mentioned. Our meat was sensationally done. I would say it is the best meat kitchen in the area. The family that runs the property does a great job. Thanks

My Wife and I spent 5 days in Tuscany in late April/early May 2024. We stayed at an AirBnB, Casale Santa Barbara, near Montefollonico, which was down the road from La Paolina. Our AirBnB host recommended La Paolina for dinner and told us we had to try the Panne Cotta because it is fantastic. Little did we know, this recommendation would change our lives forever. La Paolina was an amazing experience and the cherry on top to our stay in Tuscany. Fabrizzio and his family do an amazing job at welcoming you into their home/b&B, and James is an amazing chef! The food is exquisite, the wine selection is like no other, the vibe is welcoming and charming. All in all, 5/5 star experience, would definitely recommend, and we hope to be back sometime in the future! We’ve told all our friends and family that this was the best food we had during our Honeymoon in Italy! I hope all is well with the La Paolina staff and family!

The owners of the place are super cute and we really enjoyed the conversations with them and the good attitude. A small, cozy podere with very nice hosts. We didn't spend the night here, we just ate. The hosts tried very hard to provide us with a nice table even though the terrace was fully booked. There was a light welcome white wine to start with. We had Tartar al Tartufo as antipasti and then we both had the truffle pasta. The pasta in particular was extremely tasty, very creamy without any real sauce and topped with plenty of truffles. So far the best truffle pasta I've eaten in Italy. We're looking forward to that again... In the end we had Dolce Panacotta al Frutti di Bosco - delicious! At the end there was a schnapps on the house. A successful evening. We would love to come back and have passed on the recommendation to our neighbors. Because it was so good, we came here again on our last evening in Tuscany. Our expectations were met again. The food was once again excellent in Tuscan style, and the service and welcome were very friendly. The highlight at the end was the recipe from the master of the kitchen. We'll cook that here at the weekend. 🤩 We feel very comfortable with you. You gave us a very nice last evening. Thank you for that! Everything was just wonderful! From the food to the service to the ambience, we had a great evening! You could tell that the very courteous staff really care about your restaurant and agriturismo! I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience and taste true Tuscan cuisine!
