Nothing, I'd miss out on staying at home.
The staff is truly professional, always smiling and always ready to joke and play with the customers despite the overwhelming commotion. The food is extremely good, top-notch, and I say this as someone with over 10 years of experience in the kitchen, so I personally know what I'm talking about, both in terms of the cuisine and the fabulous staff you have.
Not to mention the low price compared to what you offer.

It was the tastiest meal I've had in a long time! Highly recommended. The only downside is the bright light inside. But if you sit outside, it's great.

The uni pasta was so-so on the day I went, but the flavor was more oceanic than green. The octopus salad (goat) and the sweet-and-sour anchovy salad were delicious. The gambero rosso was delicious shrimp, of course, but not so good that it could be called the pinnacle of gourmet cuisine. However, the exceptional value for money, which could put all this controversy to rest, also contributed to my satisfaction.

Excellent quality/price ratio
You order, set the table, and they call you when it's ready. Everything is fish-based.
They prepare an endless array of appetizers, main courses, seafood, etc.
The first courses are strictly made to order, so a bit of a wait is expected.
